Nice view from hotel bar/restaurant You can enjoy free tea & sweets ( cake or cookies change every day ) after 5 PM. Sorry, I forgot the exact time of tea time. The staff was very kind , polite and helpful. They clean our room every day without requesting , change towels. Thank you for the hotel staff. Nice place for relaxing. We enjoyed our holidays in this hotel

Lication overlooking the lake, with a stunning view. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel concept is simple, relaxed and comfortable. Cleanliness is outstanding! Staff and owners are very friendly, supportive and welcoming. 5 oclock tea is cool. Check-in and out were smooth. Nothing.

Charming stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast spread and it was lovely to eat on the terrace with a fantastic view of the tombs. Our boat picked us up from the hotel - pulled up while we were eating breakfast and we jumped aboard. Very fun stay.

Nice friendly welcome. Perfect location on the River, near ferry to ancient city anda few minutes walk into town and the supermarket. Well maintained property.

Wonderful location with the lounge and breakfast area right on the river. Large room and well appointed (great bedding, towels, kettle, refrigerator, reading lights). Nice breakfast. Refreshing pool. Easy walk into town. A bit high priced but could be the season or inflation. Roosters crow next door so bring earplugs.

Location was ideal for view of the tombs & access to the town. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Let us keep our room when we had a late flight. Very clean Afternoon tea was complimentary Outside light stayed on all night. Needed a curtain on the glass door to stop glare.

This hotel is amazing! I wish I stayed longer. It was in a great area and very quiet. The view of the tombs was amazing and awesome to see. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful. The patio/ breakfast area was stunning to walkout to and see such a view. It is a hidden gem and very peaceful. I visited with my parents who have some difficulty walking. They had no issue and the hotel was generally flat to navigate. There was also parking and the owner himself helped which was great! I would definitely come back! The mosquitos were annoying, however noting the hotel can control and they provided spray and wipes which was a nice touch.

Location, hotel and rooms spotlessly clean, with room cleaned, fresh towels and bedding daily. Nothing this was our second stay here

The hotel has a beautiful view and is near the town center. The rooms are clean and very well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also have 'a tea time' at 17:00. Free tea and cake are served then. We will visit this hotel again. The room are very small.

Probably the best view of Dalyan from the Terrace ! - Taxi boat can pick you up from the terrace directly. The room is very simple.

Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the town but only a 10 minute walk away. Located on the river opposite the tombs, so beautiful location for breakfast. Room basic and very small. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable resulting in sore ribs/back come the morning. Staff alright but a little aloof, especially the manager, who was very strange and not exactly welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arp Dalyan. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river and the ancient tombs across the water was simply breathtaking. The boats to the beach run every 30 minutes and conveniently pick you up right at the hotel's landing stage. The hotel rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. Upon leaving, we forgot to retrieve our passports, which were being held at reception. We only realized this when we arrived at our next hotel in Bodrum. Instead of making a 6-hour round trip to retrieve them, Berk, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to help. He arranged for our passports to be sent with a bus driver heading to Bodrum. We are incredibly grateful for his efforts and assistance. Thank you again for all your help, Berk—you truly made our day! Nothing!

The ARP Dalayan is in a great location and is perfect for singles or couples just looking for a relaxing break. It is also a great locations for the High Street ,town centre & various attractions . The breakfast is also a great variety Nothing
