Staff friendly,location excellent,room comfortable ,well thought out and very clean. The garden is relaxing Breakfast items were repetitive some variation would have been acceptable such as porridge or fresh yogurt and a choice of fresh fruit

We liked the location, right on the river, great views, and walkable to shops and restaurants. The room was basic and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was available nearby.

We loved everything about this place! Do not hesitate to book. It’s situated right on the river with views of the tombs right from a seat on the dock. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the grounds are beautifully manicured. Very friendly staff and owners. It is close to town to walk for dinner. Great parking. Delicious breakfast. We stayed only 1 night but we wish we could’ve stayed longer in this peaceful setting. There is nothing we didn’t like!

Such a lovely, clean and relaxed place. Very chilled out location. Everything was great. Would highly recommend and the Mexican restaurant just down the road is delicious! Nothing.

The room was very clean and the people were extremely friendly. The garden was beautifully kept and we sat there one afternoon and had tea and biscuits. Lovely breakfast each day, looking out over the river and mountains, with the tombs just across the river. Perfect setting to start the day off. Due to the rain and cold weather on the day we arrived, I got an evening shower in very cool water. Luckily for us, the sun came out the next day, and the shower was lovely after that.

This was the most wonderful hotel. We were looked after so well and it was beautiful and peaceful. We stayed part way through a 3 week trip around Turkey for 2 nights to recharge and it was exactly what was needed. Great value for money, beautiful views and a short walk into town. Nothing.

The garden, the possibility to go swimming right there in the calm river. The hosts are phenomenal and friendly, helpful and kind.

it was lovely friendly family run bed and breakfast located on the quieter section of the Dalyan river .Sercan kindly helped us organise trips, airport taxis & helped with my husband's access & dietry requirements A quiet little idyl overlooking the rock tombs with excellent access to the river
