Lovely location by the river- out of town slightly so nice and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and friendly Rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard Coming toward the end of the season so the pool and surrounding sunbathing area was not really kept in great shape. Young kids splash pool was a stagnant mess. Outside areas did look tired after the summer. Breakfast was very very basic and we ended up walking into town on a couple of occasions to find something nicer. Had we known that the season ended during half term we would not have booked and probably gone somewhere more commercial in order to get better hotel facilities.

Very unique style hotel with its terrace style rooms leading down to a beautiful pool and bar area. Everything was so clean and the owner and staff very helpful and friendly. We can see why so many guests return year after year..... Found Breakfast selection a bit limited

The river setting and pool area very good. The cleanliness was good. The room view and patio description misleading… yes the rooms are duplex and clean with comfortable beds but they do NOT have a pool or river view as described. In addition a very small patio with wall covered in foliage directly in front of average plastic table and chair, a very small area which was really not useable if next door room were also using as you would see and hear each other being only feet apart. Pool area lovely, good water and with shaded areas, river setting stunning and relaxing. Nice 15 min walk into town. A lot of returning guests but we were not quite sure why as the resort seemed to be lacking attention to detail. Breakfast, below average. Misleading information regarding view and size of patio attached to room.

The location of this family run hotel is lovely. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of town along a riverside path, with a terrace overlooking the river where food is served. There are beautiful views over the river, which is full of wildlife; birds such as egrets, cormorants and herons, and a pair of beautiful kingfishers. There was a terrapin that swam up every morning looking for its breakfast! The hotel includes a great breakfast with a lovely lady who makes fresh omelettes and pancakes. They don't serve dinner but have a really good lunch menu - we can recommend the chicken pizza, cooked in a wood fired oven, and the Cokertme kebab. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The room was very comfortable with efficient air conditioning, a mini fridge and a kettle. There's a lovely swimming pool and a shady garden. There is a free boat service to the beach every other day, and the previous owner Rahmi runs boat trips out to the bay or up to the lake (the sunset cruise is fabulous) with an excellent on board barbecue for a very reasonable price. There are, as always, loads of cats around, some clearly owned and some feral, but they all look healthy and well fed (they'll turn up as soon as you have any food!). The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work, and the staff quickly found me another one - but it wasn't very effective! So if having one is important to you, probably best to take a little travel hairdryer. The only downside about the location is the mosquitos - even with dousing ourselves in mozzie repellent, we still got bitten. There's obviously not much the hotel can do about that! But I would advise taking bite cream and antihistamines with you.

The location and complimentary boat to the beach- some of the staff were friendly. Comfortable bed. The hotel has been quite neglected in terms of maintenance. The sun beds are not clean. Breakfast distinctly average, coffee absolutely terrible. WIFI is non existent in rooms. No information on arrival with manager attendance sporadic at best.

The location was excellent and the complimentary boat trip to Turtle beach was lovely. The accommodation was well suited for a family with children or 2 couples. However, a 2-story apartment with twin beds on the 2nd floor was a waste of space and money for 2 people. We thought we were paying a premium price for a more luxurious accommodation. However, in hindsight, it was simply for more beds.

A lovely small hotel with a friendly and inviting feeling. Plenty of room around the pool with sun loungers and towels provided daily for outdoor use. Amazing breakfast selection and staff were eager to help. Complementary boat service to the beach every other day was a fantastic surprise when we arrived. River side location making it easy to walk into town and access all the restaurants and activities nearby.

Everything nice and looks good

Location on the river and very friendly staff A bit dated needs some TLC. Pool needs cleaning

The property is situated in a good setting by the river The bar facilities were sparse. The pool had green mould and lots of it I took photos I complained to the member of staff who spoke English. He spent most of his time at the bar on his mobile the pool was neglected he made no effort to clean it. Health and safety issue. The breakfast had more none perishable items than fresh. The only fresh food was melon and eggs.

Great location, loved the complimentary boat trip, quiet and family friendly. There is nothing we disliked .Thank you for a relaxing stay

The location is good and great pool. Breakfast is nice on the river. Staff super friendly. Rooms don’t fully match the photos and can do with a few new sun-beds

The setting is fantastic, the pool is gorgeous and eating breakfast by the river is so peaceful! The pool is quite deep all over (no shallow end) I was ok as I am tallish but you could see how shorter adults and kiddies could be in trouble! The WiFi could be better, it doesn't really work in the rooms but is good poolside and riverside!

We arrived in 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Ege, the owner of the property is a great guy! He is very friendly and supportive, supplying us with lots of useful information and also we participated in 2 boat trips to Iztuzu beach for free! The breakfast had a wide variety of choice, pools (also for kids) and surrounding lounge beds were also fine! Really value for money, I can recommend this place for others!! N/A

Traditional Turkish breakfast. Turkish crepe's, and pancakes, and egg variations cooked to order every day. Stunning setting by the river - we even saw turtles on our last day at breakfast, location - just a 10 min walk along the river with a few restaurants/cafe's along the way. However, in the heat this walk is challenging |(mid-late 30 degrees) when we there. Lovely pools, and bar area on one site - although limited shade. Short distance to mud baths - car ferry can take your car to other side of river for access. The hotel is outdated in decor - nothing like shown in photo's. Practicalities haven;t been thought through e.g. no AC in bathroom, shower door won't open if bath mat placed in front of it, bin too big for bathroom. No net screening on doors and windows, meaning can't leave door and window open. The hotel is in a great location, but owner should do more to promote what it has to offer - e.g it was only through talking to other guests that we found out more about it's services. Unfortunately, accommodation closes off it's water cooler after breakfast & lunch -so doesn't provide any water to it's guests. Wifi- unfortunately we had no reception inside our accommodation. We had to go outside to get any wifi. Aydos Club is actually part of Aydos Hotel's group. Booking.com only lists Aydos Club for booking, The site states that upto 4 adults and two children can stay at this property, however this is incorrect - the property is small and can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The fridge had been removed from the property booked at Aydos Club. Overall we weren't happy with the initial property, however we were fortunate enough to be able to upgrade to Aydos Suites which is self catering, and spacious. Has three bedrooms with double beds, together with en-suite bathrooms.
