Small and friendly

Nothing to dislike

The room was clean and modern with comfortable balcony and poolside chairs. Comfortable bed and bedding. Good water pressure in shower. Fast wifi. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Ulas, the manager, was very helpful and welcoming. If we return to Dalyan we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff are so welcoming, the room (402) was spacious and cleaned every day! The grounds are lovely. It’s a short 5 minute walk until you reach the start of the restaurants. The breakfast is Turkish and fairly basic but ample, you have to pay extra for bacon, orange juice. The shower over bath could be improved to just walk in shower… the shower head height was quite low but it worked fine

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Fabulous food and staff are lovely and helpful and will go out of their way to help in anyway they can. 5 minutes and you are in town. Maybe some more sunbeds, but when we have been on two occasions, there was enough.

Superb

The only beauty of this hotel is the location. It takes around 5-6 min to walk to the city centre. We had an horrible experience. We arrived the hotel around midnight. As we had a long flight from the UK, we wanted to have a shower and make my son bath! Suprisingly, there was no hot water in the hotel. I spoke to a man at the reception and he said that the hot water usage was probably too much today and there was no hot water in the tank. We were advised us to wait 2h until the water got hot in the tank. As we were exhausted after a long journey, we slept and could not wait! Second thing is that our check out was at 8am. The driver came to hotel to pick us up. He phoned me 15 min earlier to let me know that he was downstairs. He told me that the guy who had a shift over night just left and he knocked the door. He did not even tell anything to driver. When I came to downstairs to go out, all doors were locked and there was literally noone in the hotel at 07:40. I managed to find a way to go out and see the driver. The breakfast was very poor and nothing was special. They served same food everyday and their quality was not sufficient. There is also health&safety issue in this hotel. The adult and kids swimming pools are separated a small steel bars. A couple of these steel bars were broken and their bolts were left. When my son was trying to pass through adult swimming pool, these bolts really hurted him since they were quite sharp. It could have been worse if I did not pay attention.

Everything about the hotel is great , extremely friendly staff a lovely clean hotel with a great atmosphere I know the best restaurants in town, a real hidden gem? Nothing

The hotel was very modern and exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel menu was very good, from small lunchtime snacks to evening meals. The location was great, you could walk into the town. We felt very safe and found all the people very friendly and welcoming. We went on a local boat trip. Couldn't fault anything. We would probably return, which is unusual for us.

Lovely hotel, my room was very comfortable and spotless. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly . It is just a short walk into town . I ate dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely , very fresh and tasty. Nothing
