This was our second year in a row at the Alpenstern. The hotel has a superb location right at the piste and an all day long sunny terrace. The rooms are beautiful and the pool and spa with the panoramic sauna are an absolut highlight. The hotel offers a big and tasty breakfast buffet and delicious 3 course dinner option. Altogether, the hotel has everything you need for a relaxing skiing holiday. The rooms are quite warm (this might be due to all the sunshine I mentioned above and probably difficult to regulate). Personally, I also would also loved a small kettle in the room.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the design of everything was superb. The spa facilities were very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Modern and cozy interior that compliments the surrounding around the hotel, big and comfortable bed with a small place for us to sit and enjoy the sun. Big complement to the staff that was super friendly at anytime of the day, and highly recommending to get a hot stone or a thai massage. Unforgettable taste experience if you dear leave your trust in the hands of the skilled bartender who knows what his doing when it comes to cocktails. We will for sure be back, but next time probably in the wintertime to see it all in white and be able to test the ski in and ski out. Little bit sad that there was not much options when it came to dinner time and with gluten and lactose free option was only to pick something else from the menu, leaving me with with even less options due to the menu changes every evening. And dessert friendly option was just a fruit bowl. (was delicious but not for every evening). We heard a machine "humming"/ making sound 24h, so needed to sleep with earplugs. The pool outside could be a new degrees warmer.
