The 4-star superior hotel Damülser Hof - Wellness & Spa Superior enjoys an elevated position above Damüls, a 5-minute walk from the center and just 820 feet from the elevators of the Damüls-Mellau Ski Area. It features a large spa area and a restaurant terrace offering panoramic mountain views. Also each room has a mountain-view balcony and comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There is a separate storage room on site for ski equipment. The à-la-carte restaurant offers traditional cuisine with Vorarlberg specialties. There is also a bar featured at the property. Spa facilities include a Finnish sauna, an indoor pool, bio sauna with panoramic views, an aroma steam bath and many more facilities. Massages are available as well. You can park your car for free on site and ski right down to the hotel. A free shuttle service to the nearby ski school is available in winter. In the on-site games room you can play air hockey, table tennis and various other games. From 01 May to 31 October, the Bregenzerwald Card is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights. With this card, you can use all public buses, swimming pools and cable cars for free.

great location, warm and friendly atmosphere and spa area was splendid. Food especially the soups were delicious. maybe the outside pool could be a little bit warmer.

Breakfast and dinner were super. Excellent variety in breakfast and dinner was superior. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Nice view from the infinity pool. The Delux suite was a big disappointment in term of view; this spoiled my stay to some extent. I booked the suite 2 months in advance and I was so enthusiastic and had expected a fabulous mountain view but when I got the room I found a depressing noisy street view with small hill with some guest houses in front of my balcony. The panorama sauna has recently been modified and half of the view was spoiled by a barrier built in front of it.

The food was absolutely amazing every night and breakfast in the mornings was so fresh and a huge variety. All staff were so friendly and location to the ski field was great. Spa and wellness was perfect for after a long day of skiing.

Everything except the walk uphill to the piste and Tuesday night mandatory fondue the walk uphill to the piste wasn’t in the description and Tuesday night mandatory fondue was very poor value versus previous really good 3 course dinner

The Wellness area and the dinner were great. I had the feeling due to covid the hotel was a bit understaffed but the available people did the best they can. There was no Jacuzzi as in the description.
