Great staff and amazing food.

Not about the hotel, but booking.com offered/ booked us tent accommodation. This is the cheapest of four types of room. This was not made clear on site. Manager moved us from tent to higher quality rooms. The choices are tent on top floor (very exposed to sun, wind), solid, stone built rooms and two sizes of detached cabin. All good

Food was among the best I've had in jordan

Solid/healthy meals (dinner and breakfast). Gorgeous views and setting. Alex was particularly helpful, and helped us to leave our car there for three days after we left the hotel and went on a three day trek from the hotel to Petra.

The room is eco-friendly and has the style of Bedouin homes. The Wi-Fi is good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. We enjoyed our meal in the large main tent with a nice view of the valley. Since the heater should be turned off before sleep (for safety reasons, as it's a gas heater not A/C), the rooms were equipped with extra blanket, which kept us warm at night and we didn't feel cold. They offered us different types of tours for hiking on different paths in Dana with separate charges. We picked one tour on Shaq al Reesh Trail, and Omar, the guide who they had provided is excellent and very well-organized and informative. We were lucky to have this wonderful tour and know all about the protected area and the life style of the Bedouins in the region. Nothing.

The view was incredible, the host was friendly and very very helpful. The food was delicious and they had entirely vegetarian options (cooked separately) I loved it all, maybe just make it more visible that you have to leave your car at the top and ask if the host could get you because the road is only available for 4x4

The views of the Dana Biosphere Park from the rooms and terrace was stunning. The owner and staff were very attentive and hospitable and the food was delicious.

Amazing view! The best view in the middle of the valley. The diner made by Mohamned was delicious and the breakfast was also very good with all you can eat omelet-eggs. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel. In the night the generator goes out, so no ventilator which makes it hot.

This hotel is very literally in one of the coolest places. The drive down is not for the faint of heart but the view is spectacular! We were able to watch the sunset from our room. They gave us a free upgrade to a better room and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us book a hike with a guide and everything was smooth and fun. Nothing

Staff, hospitality, AC is mandatory when ten weather is hot, but no ACs.

The hotel is still on building, however rooms are ready and clean. you can see how the owner cares about the beauty of the hotel. The road the hotel is not easy but that's what make view breathtaking. while coming make sure you can drive well or ask from hotel to pick up because they truly care about your comfort. Once again thanks to owner and also Mr Ayman as well, he was so warm. everything was cool but keep in mind this is a boutique hotel and it is not finished yet. so if you arrange expectations accordingly you will just enjoy your stay. it is a truly exceptional place.

Amazing views from everywhere, room, coffee terrace and dining tent. Good food on reasonable price. Location. If you want to do some hikes, or just chill on terrace with amazing view, it’s your place.

Exceptional place to stay with very genuine and kind staff & management. The views are incredible from this hotel and its definitely the best placed hotel in Dana.

This is my second time booking here, and once again everything was perfect! The place is cozy, clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I truly felt at home. I’ll definitely come back again!

The location: is fantastic! Very friendly people.

Incredible views down the valley from the bedroom. Really good food, breakfast included and dinner is 10JOD. Friendly host who asked us about what food we had tried in Jordan and arranged for a dish we hadn’t had yet for the following night. The Wadi Dana trail hike from the hotel is a great day out. We did a there and back so you can go as far as you want. The best hike for stunning scenery was Wadi Ghuyawr, an hour drive from Dana and you may want to consider a guide (you can organise this through the hotel). Cold at night on first night - could have done with an extra blanket.
