Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

The staff were happy to let us check in as soon as the room was clean. We arrived a day before our cruise. Your flight arrived at 8:30. We were able to drop our bags at the hotel. After shone shopping and brunch we checked back around 1:00. They had our room ready. Great experience! Will definitely book this hotel again.

How can it be called Courtyard by Marriott it had no amenities you would fine in one

We have to pay for parking, no free breakfast no sauna, no microwave but you have to asked for microwave if you do not ask you do not get no tea and no free wifi. I will go back Emergency only.

The shuttle took us through a 7 min ride to the hotel. The lobby is spacious and check in was a breeze; there was some construction work going on in a part of the hotel, but this did not bother us. The rooms were comfy - and the bed faced the window, so you could see the flowers from the trees, and the sunlight peeping in when you woke up, quite lovely. I used the gym - which is small, but does the trick (a few weights, treadmill, and the remote for the TV). Got coffee in the morning from the bistro - decent; the hotel is cashless throughout so all payments are done via card (which means they can't break a $20). There is a restaurant on-site which we didn't eat at - but we did cross the street to Islamadora fish restaurant, which has a 25% discount if you tell them you are staying at the Courtyard, and show them your room key. In the morning, we were headed off to Costa Rica - the shuttle runs every hour on the hour (and it is good to alert the hotel concierge that you will be on the shuttle). It came dutifully at 9:00 am (you have to be ready 5-10 mins ahead, so all guests & baggage going to the airport are loaded with ample time).

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Enjoyed using the airport shuttle for the one day that I was there.

I never stay there the room I reserved was not available yet you are still charging me so the question remain how do I get my money back

Older hotel but served its purpose for what we needed. Wish it had a microwave to heat up food. Or better food options on site.
