However, our experience quickly became disappointing\. When I tried to use the TV in the master bedroom, there was no service\. I called the front desk, and instead of asking what the issue was, I was immediately placed on hold\. This happened three separate times, and no one ever called back or came to the room to address the problem\. We also booked the room for five guests, as stated in our reservation, but we were only provided with two washcloths\. I called the front desk to request additional ones, but once again, I was placed on hold and no one followed up or came to the room\. On the second day, we requested an additional pillow\. We were told that someone would have to look for one and bring it to us, but the pillow was never delivered\. The breakfast was also disappointing\. The food had very little flavor, the coffee was cold, and the waffle machine did not cook the waffles properly—the outside was cooked while the inside remained undercooked\. As we were checking out, I noticed a $95 charge on my card\. When I called the hotel to ask about it, I was told that it was a $100 holding fee, with $5 being deducted for a miscellaneous fee, and that $95 would be returned\. I was not made aware of this $5 fee beforehand, and I would appreciate a clear explanation of exactly what this charge was for\.

The night front desk worker who worked Friday night is a very rude individual! Also we stayed 3 nights and didn’t get service the next day after check in because they said it’s every other day. We went shopping on that day so we had a lot of trash and dirty towels. The next day I had to call for service and didn’t get it until 4:30. When the housekeeper came she was so annoyed at the fact that she had to clean my room and was taking up the trash shaking her head. I had to on point what and what we needed to get done. The top sheet had a big stain on the bed when we arrived as well. The shower walls was full of mildew and can be removed with a brush and some bleach. Was my worse stay

When we first arrived at the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered. I finally had to go down in person to speak to someone, and they moved us to a larger room, but that one had no water pressure at the sink. Also, there was a gap at the bottom of the main door where light from the hallway could be seen.

Ideal for a quick stay before cruise. Breakfast and airport shuttle were nice amenities. Room could have been cleaned better, crumbs were left on the furniture and hair in the bathroom.

We were told by the receptionist with the incorrect breakfast time so we didn’t even have a chance to have a breakfast before leaving. The room is clean and size is good enough though

We had never stayed at a Fairfield until that week and we actually chose to and two different locations because we are so impressed with their breakfast and the cleanliness and style of the facilities The only thing I could say that was not preferable was being in the middle of so much commercialization but at the same time, we were glad to be close to the airport. So it’s not somewhere I would want to stay for a vacation, but we appreciated having something so nice the night before we had to fly out.

I would recommend and stay there again

Experience was pretty solid, only things that i noticed was that my room though it was clean, it has a covered scent of cigarrete which i didnt really like and made my clothes smell like it. Another thing would be the breakfast was not good at all.
