Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time the AC turned off, it made a loud rattling noise, which was disruptive, especially at night. On the positive side, the pool and gym were spacious and had a scenic atmosphere. The staff members were okay and generally helpful. However, the carpets and sofa in the hotel had noticeable stains, which took away from the overall appearance and cleanliness. One of the best parts of the stay was the location. There were plenty of great restaurants, eateries, and activities nearby, making it easy to find things to do and places to eat. Overall, the hotel has some good amenities and a great location, but improvements to cleanliness and maintenance would make the experience much better.

Super close to the FLL airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful as well.

Super friendly staff. Quick transfer even with a very delayed flight getting us into FLL at 4:30am

Very disappointed that they nat the very least did not have a coffee bar in the morning. Early flights and NO COFFEE unless you sat in restraunt which DID NOT have to go cups

This was the perfect stop before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable and that's all I truly need.
