A solid choice for a conveniently-located hotel. All staff we interacted with were excellent. The individual room and the shared public spaces (lobby, breakfast room) were extremely clean, however the common hallways were not always kept to the same standard. Both laundry rooms had maintenance issues with the dryers, but we were able to work around it. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Hampton is always my first option when traveling, mainly because of the staff, the environment and the amenities. I always look forward to a good nights rest and Hampton has the most comfortable bed and pillows. The room is always clean, and staff is always accommodating if anything extra is needed. The 24 hour tea/coffee station was appreciated this trip, The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was always kept clean and inviting. The laundry room however, even though modernized with payment options, it only accepted my international debit card for the washer, when it was time to pay for the dryer it kept declining, only after speaking to guest services they asked me to try another card because it didn’t usually take international cards, (I would suggest signage of this) I didn’t have another card that wasn’t international so I had to take my clothes elsewhere to dry. Hopefully on my next trip my laundry experience would be better. I

Had a late 1 AM arrival due to flight delays and checked in using the app so when I arrived all I had to do was pick up the keys and parking pass, no issue. The room was horribly musty, dirty carpet, but good size. My wife and I were exhausted so we just delt with it. The next morning she went to shower and the lever on the tub spout was missing the piece inside to make the shower work. We know housekeeping probably knew when cleaning, but ignored it or reported to manager but was ignored. A clean room and nice shower is minimum for a hotel, not the exception. Free mediocre breakfast and free parking is all you got extra. Never again

Difficult to contact . Waited a while to check-in, no staff at desk. Airport shuttle waited about 1.5 hours.

The Internet never came up poor internet service

Big suite with kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom and bathroom area. The TVs had several apps for convenient viewing like you’re at home. I would definitely stay there again.

😐It was a lot going on with them with little staff to assist, but I guess it was a convenient hotel stay. Great location for shopping and food spots. Breakfast was okay but cut.Airport shuttle was okay. Rooms were spacious. Very convenient kitchen area. Laundry room was a scam though🙄😪. It was an okay experience I guess.

Superb

Hotel was clean and room was great. Only complaint was the breakfast area. The room was tiny and there were a hundred people trying to squeeze in. Every table was full including outside by the pool. We got our food and went back to our room. Otherwise, very good.

Bathroom

My stay was great, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the room and the entire property was also clean. It’s also a plus that shopping plazas and restaurants are within walking distance of the property.
