I did not like the sink outside of the bathroom.

Five star hotel!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Free warm breakfast! Rooms were huge and well maintained. So many positives another this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is old, dated, and very much in need of upgrading. The tub was peeling and discolored in several spots and the television was not a smart TV in 2026. No access to YouTube and Netflix at all.

Clean room, nice staff, but beds too soft and lots of guests, not enough breakfast (they were trying to keep up though)!

Location is great. It's near so many eateries and shops. The place was clean, organized and smelled wonderful. The room just as amazing as the pictures. Would definitely go again. Might even join the Hyatt membership, it was so good.
