As a Marriott Mama! Can I just say that this weekend stay was incredible. From the modern, clean sleek design of the hotel and room, the pool area was well maintained and the staff was beyond pleasant. I would love to stay ar rhis particular hotel again and plan to do so. The food at the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal and the drinks were tasty as well. A huge plus is the very convenient shuttle service that runs on the hour. Let's not forget the perfect proximity to Miami and the stadium and beaches. Thank you Fort Lauderdale for a wonderful time and AC hotel I'll be back!!

Everything was Ok nothing was exceptional. On move my access card got blocked before deadline, I couldn’t even leave the parking lot. That was terrible, the hydration area had dirty bottles, so a lot to be desired actually

Excelente todo empezando por el personal que fue muy amable en la recepción y cuando fui al desayuno. La limpieza muy buena en el lugar todo se veía ordenada. La piscina muy buena me hubiese gustado que la abrieran hasta un poco más tarde.

We arrived Friday morning and left the hotel around 11 AM on Saturday. When we came back around 11 PM, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. On Sunday morning, we realized we had no towels and no coffee. When I went to the front desk, I was told that the rooms are cleaned every other day, unless the guest specifically requests cleaning. The problem is that no one ever told us this policy when we checked in. I explained that we were going out for about two hours and asked if someone could clean the room while we were gone. The front desk said yes. We came back two hours later, and the room was still exactly as we had left it. There were still no towels, and there was not even toilet tissue in the bathroom. About 10 minutes after we returned, a housekeeper knocked on our door asking to clean the room. I explained that we had just returned and asked if she could wait until we left again. I gave her an approximate time of 3:30 PM. She came back at around 3:15 PM, knocked, and then opened the door while we were inside, essentially telling us that we needed to leave so she can clean the room. The ice maker on our floor was not working, despite the extremely hot weather. The hallways and elevators consistently had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning in our room was barely cooling the room. It felt more like a fan.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly and professional. Near a lot of restaurants and shops. The van driver even asked if we wanted to take tour of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was the same every day.
