Hotel Dello Ft Lauderdale Airport, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This hotel was great! Super clean rooms, very helpful and kind staff (above and beyond.) I have no complaints. One thing to note is that the area surrounding can be a little sketchy- I didn’t feel safe walking with my kid to the ice cream shop so just keep that in mind and consider getting delivery for food.

The pool was great, clean and ideal to pass some time. The room itself is modern looking and the beds were ok. Location was ideal for the airport but not the nicest area, there was a strong smell of weed the minute you stepped out on to the street. The airport transfer was excellent, great driver and took the stress out of getting to the airport. If I was flying out of Fort Lauderdale I would consider using this hotel again.

Great hotel and close to the airport

We selected this location due to location to the airport and the cruise port, and the included transportation from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was quite nice, staff was helpful, and it was easy to get to all nearby locations.

During my stay, there were already maintenance issues with my room. The toilet and the cabinet surrounding the refrigerator were both broken, and I reported both issues to the hotel right away. Unfortunately, those problems were just the beginning of a very frustrating experience. After leaving the hotel, my luggage went missing during the hotel-to-airport shuttle process. I immediately reported the situation and was told that the hotel would need to review surveillance footage to determine what happened. I provided the information requested and also filed a police report. Since then, the communication has been extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received little to no follow-up regarding the surveillance footage or any meaningful update about what happened to my belongings. At this point, I have essentially given up on receiving an answer from the hotel. I understand that the hotel may not be able to control everything that happens with a shuttle, but I expected them to take the situation seriously, communicate with me, and make a reasonable effort to investigate. Instead, I have been left chasing the hotel for answers while dealing with the financial loss and inconvenience of replacing my belongings. Between the broken items in my room, the luggage being stolen, and the complete lack of follow-through afterward, this

The cleaniness and facility. Great location and super close to Dania beach Pier. Only think that I can say that is negative is the airfreshners in elevators and hallways. I have a senssitive nose and it was a little too much that Icould taste it. If they ease up on the air freshners it would be Perfect and a Ten out of Ten.

Property was clean and easy access. Staff was helpful and courteous

There maybe needs to be better communication about the airport shuttle. I was told to wait outside the building but the driver was no where to be found. It took like ten minutes to figure out he was lying down in his car (it was 5:30 am). It would’ve been nice if he were notified of a guest outside.

We always choose this hotel for our cruise pre-embark stay. They always take good care of us and the resort is clean and roomy. We usually get breakfast which is basic but takes care of our appetite. We chose not to take advantage of the breakfast on this trip because we had early access on our cruise and ate when we went onboard.

Hotel restaurant is designed so nicely it was just such a visual treat. Got a cheese quesadilla that was quite tasty. Room was clean and very large. Staff at front desk sat were friendly and helpful. Super convenient to the airport.

Close to airport

Great place to stay! Would recommend to anyone coming to the area. We also utilized the airport shuttle and it was very nice and convenient as well!
