The only thing of note was the entrance to the property. You have to drive behind stores to gain access. Other then that, everything and everyone were very nice.

Bathroom had not been cleaned from previous guests stay.

The room was very clean and we appreciated the extra space we had with 2 rooms. It could use some updating. It seemed as if it was once an apartment building that was converted to a hotel. It could use some updating, the room wasn't very bright and the carpet had some stains.

La chambre était très propre. De plus, nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait. De la cuisinière aux ustensiles, chaudrons et vaisselle. Merci beaucoup. Le jeune homme à l'office m'a servie en français. Très aimable. :)

Very efficient layout. Location was perfect for me. Good selection of items for sale in the office area - including an amazing microwaveable breakfast! Issues with key card/lock on door to building. I think the chair in my unit was supposed to be a recliner but it didn’t work.

Quick in and out! Place was tidy and just what we needed!

Kitchens are nice.

You can have more cleaning to the room when renting it

I like having a kitchen ,so you don't have to go out all the time for meals.

The location to Salem was perfect . The restaurants were close. The room was spacious and clean.

It was quiet and clean. I didn't need anything extra so I didn't interact with the staff except sign in and sign out. I would go there again!

Good suites and location, comfy beds and decent bathrooms. Felt a bit damp/cold. Noisy neighbours using the BBQ facilities

Arrived to a fire alarm. 30 min check in, no elevator and the mattress was that of a plywood board….. spend the extra cash and go somewhere for $20 more…staff friendly… that’s about it.

Location was good. Secluded. Quiet. Room was clean and the layout was very nice. Strong chemical smell in the room. Bathroom soap only came in liquid form. No toothpaste provided. Luckily I brought my own. Room key gave me issues. Had to swipe multiple times 3-4x to open doors.

I was supposed to be charged 277 but I got charged 327.00

No towels in room. Roll out shower is terrible. Water all over the floor. Slip hazard. Have to keep getting towels to wipe floor. No table to eat at. One chair at desk and a shower chair, which we used to sit. Never will we stay there again.

The location was convenient. Filthy! The staff was late to prepare our room. They made us wait 45 minutes past their recommended check in time. Then they made us wait in line a second time to get our room keys. There was one person telling everyone their rooms weren’t ready or were partially ready. They don’t clean, and their staff does absolutely nothing. Be prepared to clean your space on your own.

Nice, clean room. Quick ckeck-in and out.
