The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty pillows, hair all over the floor … clearly wasn’t even swept- nevermind properly mopped.

Not someplace I would stay with my daughter again. Especially if they put you on the back side of the motel.

This is a MOTEL not a hotel. The long driveway is pitted with pot holes. The back to the motel is I95 interstate. The room was satisfactory for the price. I didn't want a motel i wanted a HOTEL

The hotel itself is nice it's very old but it is very well kept up in updated inside the problem is some of the staff members room 232 the bathroom needs to be updated the air conditioner is broken and makes a very loud sound I asked to switch rooms yesterday and I was told quote no you have been there for 3 hours my response was I never turn the air conditioner on I just turned around on and it's making a very loud noise my exact answer from the staff member was I spoke to the manager and he said if you're here tomorrow he will switch rooms he never spoke to the manager because I know him on a personal basis it was a lie the room was not a mess I did nothing but sit on a chair and make a phone call for two and a half hours so for them not to switch room even though I offered to pay more or any extra I was denied so I had the try to sleep with an air conditioner that's unsafe that was missing buttons literally and made a very loud noise all night they would not switch my room that's unacceptable the breast behind the desk should be terminated immediately

What I found unusual was no cups in the room and when I asked, was told to go to the office for coffee cups (I did.) There wasn't a pen to be found nor slip of paper; again I was told to go to the office to borrow a pen (I did and returned it- branded for the Knights Inn.) My two reasons for not returning are 1. The front staff seemed flat and rote- handed things back and forth with no smile or welcome. That was true both days. Nothing was told about wifi or calls or breakfast at all, only our room number. 2. Breakfast was not palatable.( I travel frequently and always find a continental breakfast addition.) The muffins were beyond stale and we actually took one out and were able to bounce it on the sidewalk. We tried the waffle mix- it had soured or been mixed wrong and even my son couldn't eat his. There were toast/bagels which we did not try and fruit which was fine. There was a coffee and orange juice dispenser. We had to go get breakfast on the road but took a banana with us.

First off. This is a motel. More of a pit stop. NOT a hotel. Second off for a motel it is pretty pricey which is crazy. Our bed was horrible. The floors were dirty. THE TOWELS HAD HAIR ON THEM, so disgusting. So disappointing. Honestly, don’t waste your money.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Very clean. Neely remodeled rooms. Excellent stay.
