Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Daphne/Mobile

Very upset with my 4 day stay. This hotel was definitely a "Micro" Hotel. No closets just pegs to hang your cloths on. Only 1 garbage can in the room, TV remote did not work properly, Keys needed to be re programed almost every day, Morning Breakfast was very limited. Mold present on the ceiling and the bathroom was extremely dirty again mold present on grout and around fixtures. Parking lot hallway door never locked and remained open including during the night, definitely a major security issue. Complained to the front desk agent several issues and expected some sort of restitution and agent simply stated she could not do anything because I book through Expedia. Marriott should not associate their name with this run down property. Pay the extra money and stay at the Courtyard

La ubicación. It was very dirty. Cockroach nests all over the bed, tables and walls. Live cockroaches in the fridge and bed. It’s disgusting. Tuve que salirme del hotel a las 2:00am con mis hijos y mi familia para conseguir otro lugar. It’s unacceptable

The location is good.

I was read the riot act when I asked how to use the 2 remotes from the room. Called was not at desk so walked down to desk . Asked about the remotes and was immediately attacked saying I had an Attitude! Al I di was ask how to use the remotes. Not very friendly!

Breakfast juice was sour. No milk for cereal on 2nd day. Doors don’t shut and dead bolts won’t lock.

There were bugs in my room the smell was horrible water stains peeling walls electrical outlets not working told the staff and they didn’t even say a word

It was not far from the USS ship The was no air conditioning in the hall and our smoke detector was hanging down and no blower dryer and the office didn't even have one so I could borrow it

It was quiet Vending machines

Nothing. Everything. Our room door was open when we arrived at it. There was a nasty stain on the floor. The bedding looked gross. There was a bag over the smoke detector. The microwave was nasty on the outside. Wasn’t brave enough to look on the inside. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I actually will never book through a 3rd party again because I couldn’t get a refund after seeing how nasty this place was.

The staff were nice Lights were dim, tv and remote didn't work, people from other hotels parking in the parking lot not leaving parking for people staying in hotel

There was a couple of broken furniture in my room that I was assigned. Like the night stand and some connectors. And also to locate the main entrance of the building at the beginning is an issue because they literally have a small sign indicating the entrance on the side of a high speed street.

Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Room clean and nice. And for the price it was a total comfort. Definitely will be back here. We didn't eat breakfast there. There was no hot food- we didn't arrive until 830.

The bed was comfortable The staff was not professional. The room had bugs and was dirty. There were no pillows for the pull out couch, had to ask for a comforter and blankets, and another towel for our third person. The breakfast was disgusting. The hill coming up to the hotel is very steep and scary.
