    Enjoyed my stay. Very clean, staff was courteous, pleasant and kind. I would definitely stay here again. The hot tub was not in service which was a bummer but other than that, amenities were great!

    I arrived a little after 5 pm, and was told I couldn't check in because housekeeping hadn't cleaned the rooms yet. The staff didn't care that we'd been driving all day and were tired, she told us to check back later. The indoor pool was dirty and too cold to use, and the hot tub was out of order. The GM Melissa apologized, and said she'd give me 20000 points for my trouble, but never did. All around a poir hotel stay, with uncaring staff

    This is a great hotel, beautiful furnishings, ample breakfast, clean accomodations, and friendly staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay.

    I booked a Standard King Size Bed room a few weeks out only to show up after traveling all day to be told they no longer had my room type available. We were told they upgraded us to a King Suite only to open a door to a “Handicapped” room! We asked the front desk if they weee aware they did that and was told, “It was either that or a double bed for us!” We were never given the option. PLUS the rooms are out dates and the Handicapped tub was old and the room very dated. NOT what it appears from pictures and we were not given what we booked. We will NEVER be back at this hotel again

    We reserved two rooms about one month prior to our trip. Upon arriving at 10:30 pm we were notified that there was a software update in their system, and they could not tell us if we had a room or not. After Front Desk attendant checked a few rooms, we were told no room was available. Reflects poor management, poor IT support. If you’re running a national Brand hotel chain, I would expect more proactive management practices.

    Double room with 4 people had two towels and two wash cloths. TV didn’t work. Extremely slow process to check in.

    Checked in late only to be greeted by a young lady who wouldn’t even stand up to talk to me. When we got to our room the AC was broken. When I went down to asked to be moved she explained they were over sold as was the neighboring hotel. We also had ants in our room despite not having brought any food into the room. Won’t be returning to this location.

    The night I arrived, this location had overbooked. Even though I prepaid for my room, they overbooked and did not have any vacancy. They did allow me to stay in a smaller room in the courtyard next door for no charge. They told us we could come back for breakfast the next day. They were training new staff and we stayed for about 30-45 min for breakfast in which they did not have the full hot breakfast ready by this point and the waffle maker was unavailable. This was a bummer for the kids. I am thankful they were able to make room for my family at a sister hotel, but I find it unacceptable to overbook, as I was told this happened to 2 other customers (total of 3) this night.

    Arrived at hotel around 3:45 PM expecting to be able to check-in by 4PM. Room was not ready, so we waited in lobby until 4:20. We were then told it would be at least 20 more minutes. We went to get something to eat, came back, and had to wait until room was finally ready at 6 PM. There were 2 towels and 2 washcloths, and our reservation was for 3 people. I had to ask for more linens at the front desk.

    The property was very well maintained outside & inside & the staff very courteous. I enjoyed their breakfast. Plenty of parking space & easy access on & off the highway.

    Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms; very nice stay after a long day of traveling. I usually pick a Fairfield to stay because they are consistently good and dependable.
