We arrived after the 3pm check in time and the room wasn't ready. It took over 20 minutes and 4 different key cards to get the door to unlock. The mattress was HORRIBLE! According to the lady at the front desk the room had been completely refurbished but that mattress was worn out. I didn't sleep very long or very well at all and when I got up I was very sore.

Our room wasn’t refreshed after we left the next morning. We returned that evening to find the small wastebaskets still full, no coffee for our second morning, no fresh towels… I’ll probably try a different hotel next trip.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Location is convenient to several great restaurants and attractions.

Overall experience was great. The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn't work. The front staff were really helpful and did a fantastic job especially on night shift. The bar lady was nice, but not helpful at the bar.

Overall great experience. The staff kind attentive and helpful. I did not like the on site restaurant. Food quality was not good and overpriced. Not a deal breaker. The staff and quality of the property made up for it

Hotel property & room was very well maintained. No complementary coffee or breakfast. Our AC unit was blowing warm air. Maintenance replaced with a used unit. Worked OK. Room was warm. Asked for a new room which we were told was sold out except for a handicap room but they said it was set aside in case someone showed up. Asked about a room at Fairfield but it was on the 3rd floor & elevator was not working. This was unacceptable. We now will think twice about using a Marriott owned property in the future.

The stay was good for us except one of our rooms that we had (we had 2) had a dirty sock in it under the AC by the window.
