Poor reception, poor front office manager. The hotel disregarded my confirmed reservation and did not offer alternatives. It's the worst hotel ever. The receptionist put a porter to receive and deal with my situation while the receptionist and manager were in the manager's office discussing issues unrelated to my situation. My situation: I have a confirmed reservation, but all rooms are fully occupied. Poor reception, poor front office manager.
