The breakfast is amazing The room is super tiny, no fresh air access and the room smelled stale, hot water heater wasn’t working, shower didn’t drain properly

The staff are exptional. Am disappointed that we were 2 people and yet we were offered only 1 small towel with full of rust. I asked, and I was told that that's what the management has instructed them to only put 1 towel and 1 toothbrush. Need to improve in that area.

The stuff were very kind and helpful Nothing much. I was having a 4 floor room. No elevator I hope they will put with time.
