Location Food I booked online. However, was denied breakfast and told to pay for it. I believe the price I paid was inclusive of breakfast.

It has a nice view, a clean room, a good amenities, staffs are okay. Service in bar and restaurant are good, though it’s a bit slow, by midnight, staff are not much well attentive to guests. Over all, it was a wonderful stay. A limited restriction to beach house. Though it’s just past 6 in the evening..

The pool was under maintenance and that was not disclosed until after arrival. We would have chosen somewhere else had we known.

The staff on ground were extremely friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is convenient and quite The hotel is not been updated in a long time. The rooms and furniture are old, the AC's broke down during my stay, and I had to be moved. There is a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathrooms. Honestly, this hotel does not meet the Marriott standards in my option

The environment was Great. We like the sea view The food was good The Aircon suction noise in the toilets and the corridor was just irritating and not supportive for a night rest. Please so something about the Aircon noise.

Breakfast was exceptional, really enjoyed everything that was offered for breakfast. Booking.com indicates 12:00 as checkout time, so we were rushed out to checkout at 11:30. I just wish it was communicated earlier.

Great location and the grounds are lovely with beautifully kept gardens. Lots of areas to sit so guests are not on top of each other. Very good customer service in the restaurant for breakfast, Sia in particular stood out and went the extra mile to make sure everything was good for us. Check out was a pain. No express check out; I waited ages when I didn't have anything to settle anyway. Receipt could have been emailed or texted to me rather than waiting for a printer (!) to do a receipt that confirmed a zero balance ...go figure!

The location Staff are not friendly, very moody, gave me a room for the first day and the bathroom is not working, couldn’t use the bathroom for whole day, I had to use my kids room.
