* Great facilities in the hotel, we used the gym * Good location, close to the slipway where there are nice shops and restaurants

I was writing to them they never replied me for my messages

Breakfast was underwhelming. I booked with booking.com and was messaging the hotel through the app to ask for shuttle and didn’t receive any responses. I had to arrange my own transportation to the hotel.
-
Great location. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.
-
Felt safe, and they offer 24 hr room service which was handy since we arriving at midnight and were famished. A sketchy to walk around outside the hotel.
-
Property was clean and well located. Staff were kind. Room were spacious and clean. There are too much flies in the restaurant which made the eating experience very unpleasant.

I didn't have a great view from my apartment but I should have seen that when making the booking.

1. The size of the room 2. Facilities at the hotel 3. Location, close to Slipway, supermarkets and Pharmacy 4. The neighbourhood is ideal for those who love to walk in the evenings. 1. Front Office staff can at times look and sound very cold; they seem to prefer interacting with white skinned 2. Please be careful when you book their in-house Taxi service, you are never told the rate of your trip in advance, nor when signing, they assume that you are willing to pay a premium to sit in an average car. I am to blame for my ignorance. When checking out, I realised that 60% of the value of my extras was Taxi fare :) 3. The hotel is close to the ocean, and they only have 3 seafood dishes in their menu? Nothing from the traditional Swhaeli cuisine, strange.

WE LIKED THE STAFF AT THE RESTAURANT, SECURITY, BELLBOY AND HOUSEKEEPING, ROOM SERVICE. WIFI WAS GOOD. BREAKFAST CAN BE BETTER IN CHOICES, EVERYDAY SAME MENU. THE PORTIONS FOR THE DINNER IS VERY GOOD, SOMETIMES EVEN MORE. I USED THE SPA SERVICE, IT WAS GOOD. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST MENU WAS SAME EVERYDAY LIKE SOPU OF THE DAY FOR DINNER! FRONT DESK SOMETIMES WAS NOT CLEAR TO COMMUNICATE BUT GENERALLY RECEIVED RESPONSES.

We have been to Dar-Es-Salaam many times, staying at many hotels, including some of the others in your hotel chain. This one pleased us. The welcome from Michael and Gertrude at reception was friendly, and they seemed to enjoy their jobs. A smile doesn't cost much, and it was lovely to see most of the staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy engaging with us. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. We stayed for a week, so this was important to us. Housekeeping did an excellent job with our rooms. Ample amenities were replenished daily in the room. It was nice to wind down with a cup of tea or start morning with some local coffee. Breakfast was lovely and ample. We enjoyed our freshly prepared omelets every morning. The choice was vast and very good. Frank made some wonderful coffees and cappuccinos each morning. Witness took very good care of us at breakfast, but then everyone did. I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names. The early evening treats were lovely. It was a nice way to have some local treats. I think the hotel needs to offer guests some local products like coffees. Ask if they would like to try it. Tanzania has very good flavorful coffees and teas. Please promote them. The last night, we also had our mother stay, and her room had wonderful views of the ocean. There is a pool, gym, and spa services. We didn't use any, so I can't comment on them. A big thank you to Frank, Witness, Salem, Victor, Michael, Gertrude, and the young lady at the egg station at breakfast (sorry, I can't recall her name). We will be back. There was a child playing with the straws every morning at breakfast at the coffee bar. For hygiene purposes, maybe keep them out of reach. We had a light dinner our first night. The pizza crust was not freshly made. It came out of a box, or at least it tasted like it did.

The view and room size were not the value for money. The breakfast wasn't the best.
-
Huge suite with desk, kitchen and lots of space and light. Very quiet Not easy to get to beach
-
the view from the rooms.

Staff was really nice. Breakfast was good and location was great. The room photos on booking are not the same in reality. The photos advertised are much better.
-
It was beyond my expectation amazing staff and all facilities were perfect. Nothing
-
They made us pay something called tourism levy! which wasn't mentioned on the booking. It's nothing less that 2$ but still wasn't mentioned when we paid all the fees via booking.com

The hotel is nice, in a good location, but I booked here to ensure I had good internet for online work meetings and the internet was TERRIBLE. I was kicked off my important work meeting 5 times in 2 hours. I was late for another meeting because I couldn't connect to book an Uber. I booked here to ensure I had good internet for online work meetings and the internet was TERRIBLE. I was kicked off my important work meeting 5 times in 2 hours. I was late for another meeting because I couldn't connect to book an Uber. It was sent to "fix it" but only after I asked multiple times and it was only marginally better after the "fix".

Confortable bedroom Doubt about food quality. Felt extremely sick after having breakfast.
