Elea Beach Hotel

The best thing about the hotel is its location. A few steps from the pool to the most wonderful beach which is like a giant warm swimming pool with no waves and not deep. Perfect for families. No need to leave the hotel as the beach and the 2 pools + kiddy pool are amazing. Nice evening entertainment too every night and no pushy entertainment in the day so just great for relaxing. I hope we will be back some day. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

The swimming pools. Entertainment. Close to beach. Rooms really clean. Local bus into Corfu Town. Supermarket across the road. Easy with baby and toddler and can push a pram along the beach. Toddler pool. Family room was cramped. No room for a cot. Balcony tiny. Only toilet in hotel was in the lobby and you had to be dry so was a pain when at the pool.

Pool closes at 7PM and the atmosphere was a ordered crowd.

Great value for money if you’re looking for a basic family holiday. Breakfast is basic, and some amenities are out dated.

The location was excellent and it was dog friendly! Most of the staff were super friendly. The beach is super close and there are plenty of amazing restaurants along the beach boardwalk as well as other resorts. We love the coffee machine at the breakfast as well - really nice coffee. The facilities were old and more importantly run down and outdated. Just with a bit of investment you can change several things quite dramatically. The breakfast area needs not only upkeep but needs to be more clean. Especially the floor and kids chairs. Chairs and tables at the breakfast need renewal and also the entrance to the breakfast looks like you are entering the basement of an old building. Change the doors and the steps leading to it. Small changes make a huge difference. Most of the people at breakfast are friendly but the manager in breakfast needs to be friendlier and make the whole area and vibe better and CLEANER.

Location was great only 20 min outside Corfu town right on the beach. We traveled late in the season, so did not use the pools. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble exceptionally clean rooms. Nice comfortable beds. The property was a little tired and would not have rated it at as a four star hotel. However, it was extremely good value for a late summer break.

The location and the staff at the reception were incredible. The view is amazing and the hotel beach is wonderful. Breakfast was very poor. Very basic. Coffee machine was very bad and no one knew how to operate it. Also no helpful staff around. No vegan options and no vegetables (barley cucumbers and tomatoes). Beds were very uncomfortable. In general a very basic old fashioned hotel.

Beds were hard, environment was geared towards elderly couples 65+

Everything about our stay at Elea was amazing. From the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the laid back atmosphere around the hotel, to the pools and social activities the hotel arranged, everything was great. The room was exactly as advertised with comfy beds and nice amenities in it. I would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful location, warm sea, and a nice cozy little beach. The women cleaning the rooms work hard and do their best, considering the condition of this place. I was shocked by the stains on the furniture right in the hotel lobby, by the rusted shower, and the fact that every time I showered, water flooded the whole room because all the drains were clogged with hair and dirt. Not once did anyone smile at me, neither at the reception or among the breakfast staff. It seems even the employees feel uncomfortable being in this old, worn-out building. This is not a four-star hotel; I’d give it three stars at best. Please don’t skimp on your vacation — choose something better.

Dinner to repetitive and need daily towel change

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely hotel on a charming little Greek island. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with stunning views of the sea. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is spotless. Everything is kept incredibly clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the common areas. You can really tell the staff takes pride in the place. Speaking of the staff everyone was so friendly and welcoming! They went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always happy to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to arranging transport. The wellness center was a real highlight the massage I had there did absolute wonders and left me feeling completely relaxed. Overall, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay by the beach in Greece!

The services not top, the breakfast is not very good and the same every day. A lot of noise in the hall and from outside.

We had the most amazing view from our room. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the sea. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The outdoor areas were great and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and polite. I especially loved the two dogs of the hotel that were just chilling around, and they always made my day! We requested a double bed but instead got two separate beds with separate bed frames and a pretty big gap between them even though they were pushed together. It was very uncomfortable! The hotel is a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

Superb

On the beach. Breakfast included. Dinner buffet at €20 each was pretty good. Had a balcony with chairs and table. Room location was okay but next to a lift which was made only after they wanted initially provide a first floor (noisy) location, but as per all hotels nowadays - if you book early at reduced rates you never get a great room. Mountain view overlooks some houses which were burning wet sticks daily which created a lot of smoke. Not the hotels fault but be aware if you choose the rooms on this side.
