First of all, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They truly make the difference and deserve every compliment. From the team at the pool, who prepare delicious cocktails, to the reception staff, who always go the extra mile to help with anything, everyone was genuinely kind and attentive. Although breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m., I was leaving at that exact time. Without me even having to ask, they kindly offered to arrange an early breakfast, which I really appreciated. The pool area is tranquil and beautifully surrounded by lush vegetation. Beautiful welcoming with complimentary sparkling wine and water, relaxing while the check in arrangements are being completed. Compared with other areas in Corfu, Dassia is a bit quieter in the evenings. However, TRYP Dassia is within a few minutes’ walk of supermarkets, traditional restaurants, a lovely beach club, and souvenir shops, so you still have everything you need close by. One thing to be aware of is that the room door doesn’t lock unless you close it firmly, so it’s worth double-checking each time you leave your room.

Smooth check in and staff were genuinely fantastic. Everyone we spoke to was warm, friendly, helpful - they really went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast selection was excellent and poolside food was good too. Spa treatment was great. Pool was good for kids (bit warm and shallow for adults) and the garden area was lovely. Short walk to beautiful beach and restaurants. I am not sure if it was just the rooms we had (229 and 230) but it was extremely noisy - loud banging and voices late into the evening and starting again as soon as the sun came up (breakfast preparation was one floor below). Rooms are small and bathrooms very pokey...overall, the hotel has a 'basic' feel and a luxury price tag.

The hotel is very surprising, it looks simple from outside, but once you go in the gardens and the pool area are so beautiful. The staff were extra nice and friendly. We got the best rooms, big and luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay The bathroom doors don’t have a lock which keeps you a little bit uncomfortable. Some of the bathrooms are too small, especially when the room is so spacious

Location is nice Premises are a bit old not refreshed or refurbished. Air condition didnt work and I had to change room during my arrival.

The location of this hotel is great. You have got a coffee shop, restaurants, pharmacy and two supermarkets only 2-3 mins away. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away and is not busy. It is beautiful and the beach beds are so affordable. Food at the beach is great too. The hotel staff were so lovely to us they are so polite and friendly. We had no issues we really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this areas to anyone visiting Corfu.

Great location! Nice bed! Loved it so much! It really made the stay in Kokkari perfect Everything was great! Just a little thicker curtains would be nice.
