Incredible perfect and overwhelming beautiful experience. One of the best hotels and resorts I have ever stayed in in my entire 33 years of living on this planet. I've never seen and experienced anything like this: super helpful staff, amazing fresh food, incredible settings, beautiful interior and exterior designs, endless facilities, everything unseen tidy, incredible location, .... ! A total dream! Big big big shout out to the amazing great staff team. Would deffo recommend IKOS resorts and would love to be back one day soon! Small point of criticism: The amount of times staff stepping by your hotel room for services in the morning, during the day and in the evening. Sometimes with entering the room without first checking if maybe; you are on the toilet / shower, changing clothes or sleeping. It feels a bit much. Some clients might be more at ease and pleased with less amounts of actual room visits. :) Also, since the level of this business is super high in general: small other point: I think there is still some room for improvement in the level of some of the à la carte dishes in the restaurants. (price-quality, portion, taste, ... ) Although I really really loved the different cuisines and the opportunity there is to eat different dishes every single evening and I had a really good experience!

Staff were very friendly. Food was good at most locations. Pools & facilities were always clean. Some communication was very poor: - alarm went off at 3am, we never heard from anyone, whether it was a false alarm or what happen actually happen, or even an apology for the inconvenience - We had a sunset cruise planned at 18h30. We arrived at the jetty, to be told it wasn't happening that night. Apparently it was due to "bad weather" which was illogical, the weather was in my view perfect for sailing. - The APP definitely had some issues. Bookings were often doubled booked & no feedback given when chatting with the APP. - Our return bus from from the Old Town was an hour late & again there was no communication or apology.
