*nice bathroom *the water heater in shower was faulty going from warm to extremely hot and then very cold by itself *room is very small *all the highest rated restaurants were almost always far away and the ones nearby was almost all rated low (we used taxi, grab, tricycle) *shower knob was hard to figure out (you turn it for it to go from shower head to spray to faucet and it overlaps eachother so water is coming out in 2 different ways simultaneously *communication with an older staff was not good. We would give her information she was asking for then would forget and call us to ask us if we are checking out. My booking also shows the dates I requested and when I requested for 1 day early Check-In for 1 of our rooms (I booked 2 rooms). They said okay but it seems the staff didn't pass this on to the other staffs so there was confusion among them.

Unstable wifi signal

Location- near the night market and a lot of restaurants nearby. Quite a peaceful neighborhood. Rooms are spacious, with strong water pressure. The staff refused to give me an invoice and insisted that since i used booking dot com, i should get my invoice from them. I showed her the response from the platform that the requested invoice will be issued by the property. First time to experience this and it seems that the staff lacks knowledge. Finally, on our 2nd day, she issued the invoice with a more friendly demeanor. Bed could be more comfy. No bfast for its rate. Wifi is a bit slow.

The towels provided were very old – thin, faded, and worn out from frequent use, with fraying stitches that really need replacing. The toilet seat was not properly installed, which made it uncomfortable and inconvenient to use.

Good location. Parking on site. Construction everyday even though we asked for it to stop. We checked out two days early and they will not refund us.

There is an ongoing issue with dogs barking, I’ve used the hotel many times a certain neighbour has dogs that bark TV is terrible, no apps, old fashioned (no Netflix) basically 2 channels.

the room is clean and in great location they changed me twice for thre same place and tried to just give me more rooms

Rooms - okay. no issues Housekeeping - okay Security Staff - okay and friendly Wifi - okay Front desk staff. I don't really like talking negatively about anyone or anything so this is also not something I'm happy to do but I need to just to inform future bookers. I had an issue about rebooking. I was booking for family and requested to change dates. No response when I tried to request through the website (booking.com) We reached out to the hotel to resolve our issue. Gave me the worst advise and ended up spending more. She made me book again so I had to pay for 2 bookings. Very disappointing. to think that this was my preferred hotel to stay in when I go to Davao since it was near our beloved dorm, laundry shop, bars and restaurants we go to and very close to night market. I had to call the staff again just to talk about this issue and what's more disappointing is the staff that I talked to was very defensive. So I gave her an advise for future bookers that might have the same issue. This was booked for December 2024. It's now March 2025 and every time I remember this, I still get frustrated. Hopefully this helps future bookers. Not all staffs give great advice. It might cost you more.
