We stayed in Pinnacle during the strong quake of 7.6. I like how their staff looked after us and made extra effort to make us safe. I would like to commend their staff Rafael who assisted me to reach 8th floor from 5th floor to get my daughter who was sleeping. He also assisted to reach the basement. This hotel is clean and food is decent. However, the hotel needs some renovation since most of the furnitures are dated.

Gym was great, and the Pool was comfortable to relax after the gym. Food restaurant is delicious but it does get limited, explore more is my advise I was charged for the soda and water that was in the mini fridge. They should warned you that it will be charged, I thought it was free

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. Our room was not the cleanest, had cockroaches and the air conditioning was very moldy. We were suppose to have a garden deluxe room but had a view right into someone else’s room. It was very dark. But the rest of our groups were good.

We chose the property for its proximity to the Dr’s office that my dad needed to go to. Rooms and furniture are quite dated. TV has only 2 channels and not quite good reception either. The shower is poorly designed since water splashes everywhere and soaks the entire bathroom floor which makes it high risk for slips and falls.

Welcoming staff and comfortable place Better if there is shower curtain so that the water can be contained at the shower area only. Better if the shower head should be inspect since there is spillage.

Not good hotel. To be honest ,The hotel room and bathroom are disgusting . Walls and floors unclean. Bedding is old. It’s doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel. I booked a room for 2 person with breakfast included to the room rate and when I check in the hotel reception say that only 1 person for breakfast . ( it’s a terrible experience ).

Room space and food. Staff are not friendly and accomodating. We order food it almost an hour late. NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, not mindful specially the front desk, parking is very much hustle.

staff was accommodating. I think that was what redeemed the old and shabby place. I'm not sure if the other rooms were similar to ours but ours needed updating, our cabinet sliding door which was made of 1/4 plywood fell off, our shower enclosure had a leak, the extra bed I was on had a thin foam, It made me feel the steel support while I slept. I request for an iron but there was no ironing board available . The pictures are very misleading. Maybe I just expected too much or my standards are probably just too high. Please don't stay in Room 519
