I paid for 3 days with breakfast included, but the breakfast they can offered is coffee and bread only. No elevators you have to uses a stairs which is not good for elderly with knee issues A little too far to SPMC plus the breakfast . They only offered coffee and bread.

The location is very central and convenient - a lot of stores are close by. The place is quiet despite being central. The staff are very accommodating. Normally, they serve breakfast from 6AM. But since we were leaving earlier, they arranged our breakfast before 6AM. The property has parking space. The place is well-managed, very clean, great wifi. We enjoyed our stay in this place and will surely book again if we are in Davao. Highly recommended. Nothing.

In Totality the place exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel and room as well as the CR. Peaceful area. Proximity to Mall or food and 7eleven. Its better if the toilet has a bidet. and breakfast should be added with rice, eggs or hotdog.

lovely clean place it had everthing I needed while visiting my partner in hospital I highly recommend this hotel bed air-conditioning pillows accessories it's placement could not of been better , and it's also a quite place to return to,I recommend it and budget friendly
