Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, satisfying breakfast buffet. Service was inconsistent. Water bottles and toiletries were some days refilled, most days left as is. For the breakfast buffet, I thought it was pretty much self service until my last day where the staff offered options straight from the kitchen that I did not know were available until then.

Clean and good location

Newly renovated, it’s clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the mall, it’s clean, and the staffs are very accommodating and helpful.

location If you’ve been to other Sedas before, then you’ll be disappointed. The rooms were smaller, the restaurant is too crowded and in terms of area, it is small for a big hotel. No outdoor space- 2 sides of the pool was the perimeter fence and 1 was part of the building.

Staff was very friendly and polite.

The staff was truly friendly. The maids took short cuts in cleaning the bathroom where most gems are found.

The location and rooms were awesome! However, during my stay there was a huge earthquake that hit the city. I’d like to commend the entire hotel staff for their handling of the situation especially since guests had to evacuate the building. N/A

Breakfast is great, location, and freebies of the room and slipper as well is good not the thin one or disposable type plus there is a shave all good for me, nothing i do not like.

The breakfast staff deserves special mention. Although the food itself had some inconsistencies, the team taking care of the guests was phenomenal. They were attentive, proactive, and very accommodating with drinks like coffee, they were also very accommodating with special requests. You could tell they truly cared about the guest experience. Overall, the hotel created a comfortable and positive environment, which made it feel like a temporary home rather than just a place to sleep. The main downside was the breakfast quality and consistency. Some days were noticeably better than others, but overall, I’d rate the food around a 6 out of 10. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite match the high level of service provided by the staff. The experience felt a bit uneven, especially when expectations are higher in a hotel setting like this. Even with the minor issue on the food side, the service alone carries the experience. The staff’s professionalism and warmth are what you’ll remember most, and that goes a long way in making the stay enjoyable.
