The room wasn’t spacious enough for our luggage.

It says there's "FREE BREAKFAST" on their top amenities when I booked it. My family got there and the staff said that they don't have free breakfast but you need to pay 200 pesos per person if you want to avail their breakfast.

Near Abreeza Mall. It's a big property feeling in a small hotel.Good place ,could be great. They ask for your planned check in time and when we arrived the room was hot,I'm sure others have report this but nothing at all will be done.I could go on but why ruin a decent review? The bed was decent but the pillows ....not so much. Otherwise it was OK

Very clean, low price The room had no windows. TV is cable only, not smart. Room had a slightly damp smell (maybe from the shower room) but it needs to be aired out

Towels were as gray as they can get. Although they looked clean, laundry service should do a better job getting the linen white.

The loudest room I have ever experienced... Even louder than a room I rented in one of the less popular areas of Manila last year...The 2 windows facing the outside of the property were loose on the slides they run on & made a tremendous racket as the wind blew them constantly back and forth. I finally had to place tissue in the gaps of the windows, in an effort to try & stop the noise. I come from a big city & when I'm on vacation I like to feel like I'm on vacation-(not trapped inside a box, instead). Literally had to wear ear plugs just to get some sleep. After 4 days I couldn't deal with it anymore & checked out.

Key card wasn't working :( it's not really a big deal. We had a spare key to open the room anyway.

Location was very accessible. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Didn’t have enough storage space if you’re staying for a while.

I tripped 3 times over a 2-1/2” high ‘barrier’ between the room and the toilet. I had to put a white sticker on the ‘barrier’ as a visual cue to remind me of it. The 12 inch wide glass shower enclosure is clearly not enough to keep the rest of the toilet dry. A shower curtain will help. My friend’s room, 503, did not have a window.
