Best Western Plus Steeplegate Inn

The sheets are dirty but the other it’s ok

We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in.

The single most reason that I go to a hotel is to sleep and I have a very hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I was delighted to sleep great all through the night. Every thing was very comfortable and in place. The temperature was comfortable and everything smelled good. Breakfast was also very satisfying.

Room was clean, but dark drury. Breakfast really sucked was not fresh I know they want go cheap but at least they can make the food look presentable .The dining room and the lobby was just as dark , it’s like walking into a dungeon

When i pulled in, it looked like it was closed. Grounds were not well maintained. Weeds in beds and dead trees as well. Amenities were broken and pool looked dirty and cloudy. I paid more for the in room jet tub and it was broken. Was told sorry. No offer to rectify the issue. Rooms and hallway was really clean. Rather disappointed in my stay here.

Hotel is nice. Exterior well kept up. Interrior needs updated. That said the room rate is reasonable and worth it.

This was a great find! The only reason we're giving a 4 rating was the property is older and some things are dated. The service from the front desk/booking to housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was great and had eggs, sausage and potatoes in addition to the standard continental breakfast. Loved the pool!

Facility has degraded over the years. I stayed here a lot 15 years ago. Not bad but not great.

It has really gone downhill from years ago.

They have a nice indoor pool that stays open until 1000. Great for families with kids. If you don't want to hear noise ask for a 2nd story room away from the pool.

good stay for a good price

Except location, nothing was worth to talk about. Beds are making squeaking noise whole night. Rooms are too much humid. Bathrooms are smelly like beer. Not at all worth staying in this area.

Property is outdated, even compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed at. Our room was near a back exit door, which we could hear throughout the night. The hotel served its purpose for a place to sleep but will not stay here again.

Crappy breakfast, cold, salty, gravy like water, pool cloudy, pop machines mostly empty. I would name it best western minus.

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff friendly.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.We had our pet with us and they provided an easy access room to take her out.Parking was especially easy and close to our room.

Room was run down toilet would not flush shower was dirty bed where a story themselves hard and springy.
