Quality Inn & Suites Davenport near I-80

Staff were enthusiastic to be helpful, quite welcoming. Room looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was convenient. I'd stay here again as the price/performance was very good.

The room smelt musty

Quiet location, friendly staff.

Liked the location - thats it.

Clean room. Shower head is old and very low, even for an average height. The toilet was not really low to the ground as well. Carpets are old and outdated as far as appearance goes. The customer service was great. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Got to breakfast around 730 and food was lukewarm

On the plus side, the staff was exceedingly nice and friendly.

Accommodations were old and worn looking

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean, the pool is ok for kids but not deep enough for adults & they need to get a hot tub.

Clean and comfortable!!

Check in was very difficult. Could not understand the front desk associate. Had to ask questions I had multiple times. Finally asked another employee to help in order to get room on top floor. Asked for extra pillow and again front desk was a long conversation.

Nice stay friendly staff . The only disappointment was to play the pool table was a up charge my husband and I was excited to use it.

Great place to stay would stay there again if I went back to Davenport

The room was very musty smelling. There were no bath towels in the room and we had to go get them. The morning staff was grumpy. I found the plates to refill them for breakfast. I reminded them they were out of napkins and coffee.

Breakfast was good, the pool was freezing therefore the kids could not swim.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and the free breakfast was excellent. The only negative would be a musty smell throughout. Otherwise, excellent stay.
