Located in a very clean and safe are in Davenport. Close to everything I was doing Numerous great food options within walking distance. Has full refrigerator, sing and stove for self cooking.

Only issue is parking especially at night nothing close to hotel space available just in back

A very clean facility and comfortable room. Was disappointed to find free breakfast not included (of 6 different hotel brands we stayed at during the past week, this was the only one that did not offer free breakfast). A minor inconvenience but annoying none the less. Another oddity that I've never seen before is that apparently the "Wet Floor" folding yellow sign is stored hanging on the handrail in the elevator instead of a janitors closet or something. It certainly didn't interfere with our use of the elevator but oddly unprofessional.
