My Place Hotel - Davenport/Quad Cities IA

This was such an experience that whenI come to the area, which is often,this will be my go to spot to room. Couldn't ask for a better home away from home.

Solid value. Happy to stay there.

Not impressed when we step in , but very very very clean when you step in the room. Over all, we all like it

Great stay; good price!

When we travel with our dogs we appreciate truly pet friendly accommodations. To us that means giving us the option of selecting a pet friendly room when we select the room from the app. It also means a reasonable charge if any for including a pet and a clean well kept room. We find all that when we stay in this hotel.

It's not the newest property but it was impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable. I stay at a lot of hotels and this was one of the cleanest.

Very nice hotel stay. Missed having a prepared breakfast.

My only place to stay when I visit family in Davenport. Very clean, well maintained, no frills stay.

Only stayed there one night. Seems to be a very great value for the money. Our hotel room seem to be very clean had a full kitchen in it and the staff seem to be very helpful or at least eager to help us. We did really not need anything because we just stayed there one night. We did not use any of the hotel amenities as we arrived late and got up early next morning and left. Would 100% stay there again though.

It was a nice simple clean stay.

Expected better from the current rating. Only ok at best.

Room was clean but we were put in a standard two queen room which was very crowded. Could not use the liner because it was shoved in between the bed and air conditioning unit. I reserved a room with one queen bed. Good value for the price. Coffee pot in room with good coffee.

It was a great place for the money. I would stay there again. It had everything that I needed from comfortable trip. Thank you, Stephen.

Our room smelled really musty and had some flies...yuck. We had to open the window to air it out. There were lots of people hanging around in the parking lot, drinking alcohol and smoking. I was going to speak with the front desk but every time we went down there, no one was around.

Always clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is close to many amenities.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the only problem we had was we had requested a roll in shower and ended up with a tub/shower combo with hand rails. It was difficult for me to step over the edge of the tub to shower in the morning. Other than that our stay was fabulous.
