Beautiful well kept property right along the Mississippi river. Everyone was very very friendly and very helpful check-in was a breeze

Location is great and the river view is wonderful The hot tub jets were weak… it was clean but no pressure to them. Our shower dispensers were not refilled, so that was frustrating

Staff, location, the View of the Mississippi River, amenities, breakfast!! Everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond with kindness and those special little welcoming events. We were in town to watch Tugfest and immerse ourselves in Iowa's lifestyle. The staff of the Holiday Inn and the whole town spoiled us terribly. We are very greatful!!

Scenery in the river Nothing

Front of the house staff was great and friendly. Liz was one of the best. She was friendly, greeted me by name and was very helpful. Made me feel at home. he breakfast was normal hotel food. Good, but average. The room was a bit outdated and no USB ports anywhere. Seriously? A 10.00 lamp from any local chain would be a great remedy for that.

The staff at check in was wonderful Our room was dirty. Nothing had been dusted. Our toilet was broken The bed was hard as a rock. And the train was very loud

Staff was outstanding

We slept well which is really the most important factor when stopping for a restful night while traveling!! We have stayed there before and would do so again.

We have always loved staying at this Holiday Inn right on the Mississippi river however, this time it was different when you walked in there were cobwebs and spiders all over the doors thank God we didn’t have to touch the doors to walk in. It was a sliding door the same thing with the bedroom windows gross disgusting black cobwebs on the outside not very well maintained the shower was gross., always an elevator or maintained front staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre very different from years before. Not sure if we will stay there again.

Everything about our stay was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. The free breakfast was good and our room was clean.

The room above ours was occupied by children jumping up and down on the bed and jumping on the floor. We called the front desk and they addressed it with the occupants. 15 minutes later they were intentionally stomping on the floor. After 30 minutes of this we called the front desk again. The stomping got louder and didn’t stop until 10:30. I feel like something should have been done.

The bed was a little more firm than I like. But the two traveling with me thought it was very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and quick with the check in process. This hotel sits right in front of the Mississippi River. They have a small evening reception with veggies, dip, meats and cheeses. Very nice. The breakfast serves both hot and cold items. There are train tracks directly behind the hotel so be mindful of that.

Great spot

Everyone was very nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There was soft water for showering!! We were only going to stay 1 night, but ended up staying 2 and the front desk employees were all very accommodating to make that change happen.
