I feel like the star ratings on hotels.com are usually pretty accurate, but the 8.8 on hotels.com for this hotel is way off base. If you are on a long road trip and need cheap a place to rest for a night, then maybe this place would be OK, but otherwise give it a pass.

Had everything we needed for our weekend stay in LeClaire. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Room didn’t match the photos on the site Riverview is kind of misleading, it’s like 1/2 mile away through trees

Good location The lobby is beautiful but we had a first floor room that was dingy and not the cleanest. We food straws and food wrappers between the night stand and beds, dirt all over the curtains/blinds, had a “old” smell to it, wallpaper was peeling etc

It was nice to stop here from long road trip stop over. Hotel was right off the highway. Eating joints were close by too.

The staff and the breakfast. Nice room and bed but our room smelled like stale smoke. We got in late and the staff was very accommodating. We had friends with us with handicaps and they got a room close by that was accommodating to them. The stale smoke smell upon entering our room. We were so late and tired we didn’t say anything we just went to bed because we didn’t want to deal with any change of room.

Great location on the River. Older motel with good upgrades, excellent counter and staff. Conveniently located foe activities and restaurants. Quiet, friendly and comfortable room. Not a fan of turkey bacon too many days in a row. In previous stays, breakfast was better. Not the help, but the plastic eggs and other choices very limited. Iowa should do better

We sleep comfortable, room was cool, breakfast was the usual, terrible sausage and powder eggs and waffles. Overall is a good place to stay…..I think they could maintain rooms better, in our room wallpaper was coming down most likely a leak from 2nd floor.

Pleasantly surprised to see a jacuzzi in the room The plug in the jacuzzi didn't work so it leaked. Also the outside was very unsightly with all the weeds. Should really be cleaned up
