Clean property. Parking was right outside of the roo. Very convenient.

Close to highway and to downtown Davis, but still quite and away from all the noise.

Great clean hotel. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. This is literally on the train tracks. 6am train horns in your brain. The rattling shakes your teeth. Oh, they give you a train lolly-pop and ear plugs with a card telling you how the hotel is loved by travelers who like trains. No one likes trains at 6am.

The hotel was clean and the room we booked was very nice with a couch, mini fridge, and microwave. I liked the staff and the property in general. It is conveniently located next to downtown Davis and you can walk under the bridge for quick acess to restaurants. There was minor construction while we were there which was a small inconvenience for parking and the pool was out of service for our stay as well. The hotel is nice as it is, but if they finish the construction and maintain the pool for regular availability it would be even better. I had family stay here a week before me and the pool was over chlorinated so hopefully they figure this piece out. One last note is that they should offer nice earplugs for light sleepers, because the train is somewhat audible from anywhere in this area.

Everything was just as it should be, perfect for a short visit. The location it’s just ideal for any walk around town

Good location to go for a quick walk to Davis and UCDavis. The Dog park There are hotels in Booking.com who has awesome pictures on it but reality is more a disappointment and opposite. The first one is here definitely applied. It felt like an average motel 6. Bathroom and pool had a lot of hair everywhere.l it didn’t feel cleaned everywhere. They offered changing for electric car until I figured out we needed and adapted for a Tesla wall charger which they couldn’t find at the front desk and I had only an adapter for supercharger in my car.

Pool area was nice. Location was great! A lot of trees made the heat bare able.

The only downside is the proximity to the freeway (which is helpful for getting there and away, of course) so you do hear some traffic noise, but it didn't bother us at all - we didn't even need the earplugs kindly provided in each room. We didn't find the train sounds bothersome at either either. The lovely pool made up for being a slightly farther walk into downtown (still very short - 5 minutes, tops)

N/A The air conditioner was in adequate. There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room when we got there. The carpet was dingy and seemed dirty. Pool was also closed.

Clean but smelled strongly of scented cleaner or detergent which my wife reacted to with a skin rash. Property is attractive withnice flowers. The property is beautiful but unfortunately cleaners or detergent was strong, My wife itched all night and had a contnact dermatitis on her skin the next day. She took 2 doses of antihistamines and we called later in the day (our bad) to give her skin a chance to normalize (I am a physician and rash was not dangerous). The rash did not go away and this surprised us because she is not normally allergic. The property apologized but said no refund because it was late in the day. Nothing else was offered. They said they would have tried to accomodate by changing sheets, etc. I doubt a refund would have been issued had we called earlier in the day, and we would not have taken the risk of staying again. I guess calling later is my fault, but again - loss of confidence..... Property was otherwise clean & seemed nice. Too bad we don't plan on going back and the proposed solutions seemed unrealistic. FYI if you have skin or smell sensitivity, which my wife normally does not. Don't stay if allergies, skin sensitivity, smell sensitivity, hives, eczema, mcas, other allergic or skin issues, etc. Property said they use hypoallergenic cleaners but doubtful given the strong "clean" odor!
