Great hosts, breakfast and location and the parking was perfect. The beds were too small for adults, they were 2ft 6.

Very welcoming hosts, Fiona and Rob. Shared their local knowledge to help us make the most of our stay. The accommodation is perfect, very comfortable, sea view, great location. The breakfasts certainly lived up to all reviews, superb! Highly recommend staying here.

It was a centralised location near ti train station enabling exploration of neighbouring towns. It was a little dated and tired but clean.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Freshly cooked to order. The homemade cookies in the bedroom were such a lovely touch and tastes so nice! Nothing!

Absolutely WONDERFUL,super friendly hosts & a great location, very close to the seafront but be advised it is on quite a steep incline but my partner managed it and he uses a stick so manageble if you can walk even if its slowly. The room was spotless,we were at the top and the seaview was lovely,plenty of tea & coffee & milk which is rare in a B&B! The breakfast choice is fab,we had different breakfasts and all were good, i can highly recommend! Nothing..all was great

Very friendly staff and helpful. Went out of there way to help us. Breakfast amazing. Rooms very clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Shower pressure great. Also a bath in our Sons room. Fans provided. Also a ceiling fan in lounge. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, towels and linen provided. Also cotton buds, loo roll and tissues to use. Clean towels after a few days. Bed made every day. Help take our suitcases up.to the room. The stairs up to the room. Family room on the top floor. This was a last minute booking due to our original booking getting cancelled a week or so before. The stairs got better as our 5 nights went on. We are both over 50 now. But we made it. Would stay again.

Unique Georgian guesthouse, immaculately presented with many lovely touches to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fiona and Rob are excellent hosts, empathetic, friendly and professional. Perfect in every way☺️

Well presented room, clean, everything required. Lovely view of the sea as requested. Able to leave our bags on last day before catching train. Also able to take food back to the room for evening meal. N/A

Fiona and Rob are excellent host's. Food was very good and home made cookies in room were delicious,view from bedroom amazing. Being on 2nd floor, husband has COPD, although he managed them he was very out of breath. We forgot how hilly Dawlish is so would recommend having a car. Although town centre is only a 5 min walk downhill.
