The room was missing the oven mitts and there were dish towels. Pool chairs were difficult to get unless you were at the pool by 9:00am.

Location not to bad Food was good Beach conditions were very bad They charged us an extra 20% over the amount we booked with you.they called it a service charge. This has never happened to us before using your booking site amd I tried to get refund but no luck What is your policy here

Loved the pool area and service. Food was really good at the bar. Some reviews say this property is dated but that is not the case. My room was clean and def not dated. Eden the bartender was so sweet, and the other lady and gentlemen I forget their names. The girls who checked me in at the front had great recommendations and were so kind. I liked this property a lot. It’s a bit far from the main strip but that’s what rental cars are for. You have to time it right to avoid traffic though. I like the location bc you are midway between French and Dutch side which are two different vibes.

The car rental guy was not helpful at all and quite rude. We stayed in a courtyard room, which we actually really enjoyed being close to all the action but if you want a quieter room, definitely steer clear of the courtyard.

The staff and the restaurant always professional meeting with a greeting ever day impeccable personal willing to do more and help with all request . Every thing was great the store great the spa with the owner and her staff .. Did not go to the beach because no baggage form airline arrive but still I had a great time taxie service superior .

Location is a bit far but for me it's was very good. If you want some peace, this place is amazing. From Curacao ??

Exceptional

The hotel is short staffed. You have to wait ages for drinks at the bar. We waited 45 mins for breakfast. The staff are lovely but need help?!! Timing of food and drinks

Food and the staff No elevator too many stairs and hills far from the airport. I usually rent from owners but rented through booking.com . When you rent through an owner you know what unit you are getting. I needed something right away and didn't pay attention about the resort. They need a 101lesson on cleaning. Walked around barefoot and our feet were black. The people that work in and around the resort are super and couldn't be more helpful! My husband has mobility issues so it wasn't easy for him to get around. It was an exhausting stay! Can't always get a chair by the pool.

Location on the waterfront. The oceanfront is on one side and Oyster Bay is on the other.

Poor WIFI in room. Not enough beach chairs around the pool. To many would place their towels early in the morning and show 2 hours afterwards, needs to be policed more.

We ate at Veranda the restaurant by the beach and the food was excellent! The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed in it! It was great listening to the ocean while we slept. Nothing I didn’t like except the door to the bathroom is scraping on the floor, it looks like it got too wet with cleanings.

Only redeeming aspect of this stay was that staff at the Verandah Restaurant were great. Felt like I was staying at a different hotel than the one with the unhelpful reception desk. Had difficulty from the time of first booking 2 rooms. Even with free cancellation through Booking I was required to pay a 50% deposit upfront. To add insult to injury I was actually double charged for the deposit and spent more than a month trying to get the extra charge reversed through both Booking and the hotel, to no avail. So in essence I was charged 100% up front and had no recourse. In my opinion, this hotel should not be available through Booking.com. Staff at reception were slow, disinterested, unhelpful, unfriendly and didn’t seem to care at all about service. Room was very noisy.

Internet only worked close to the door and not further into the room. The staff was rude no follow up on complain on internet. Wrong information on opening hours of restaurant. The staff did not know and did not like to solve the issue. Very noisy room close to restaurant. Lack of parking spaces. Hot shower did not work well. TV did not work well.

The staff was great. It was a very nice getaway. Would visit again. The views of St.Barths were breathtaking .
