Clean room, nice location

This was the absolute worst hotel experience from check in to check out. I would avoid this place at all costs. For starters, the end of this road is very sketchy. There are homeless people and drug addicts wandering all around this building. We did not feel safe. Secondly, these rooms are filthy with pubic hairs all over the bathrooms, dirty floors, dirty pillows (see pics). Upon check in, we found a sign on the desk with a phone number to call to check in. We called it several times. 20 minutes later some guy shows up and there is a line of people waiting to check in. It only gets worse. We check into the room and it smelled of some sort of cleaning solution that was so strong we could barely breathe. I was beginning to think someone had died in this room especially in light of the surroundings. I had to go downstairs and wait to get another room that didn't have the King Bed and move all of our stuff up there. This is an old hotel with refurbished rooms but the A/C units are so loud that even with ear plugs you can't sleep. The next morning I go to the front desk and the OWNER says that he is sorry to hear what happened and that they would have a King Suite available for us upon our return later in the day. We had to take out luggage with us for the day. Upon returning, the lady at the front desk said they don't have the room for us and put us back in the queen bed room that we checked out of earlier. What an absolute hassle. Didn't sleep for 3 nights. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Very nice

Overall, we had a comfortable, clean room, helpful staff and daily breakfast. Sometimes the staff were not easily reachable - the notification system at the desk didn't work well. The coffee in the room and at breakfast fast was slightly worse than the usual hotel coffee.

It was decent and I like the location I think they can do some upgrading to the rooms. I feel like the bathroom is too small and the toilet sits too close to shower.

Everything was nice I really liked my room very nice

It was clean and you could tell they were fixing it up to be great There was a sign at the pool it was closed I complained and the lady said it's only up to warn people of the chlorine. Signs laundry was closed but the lady at the front insisted it works and that I should go try for a 3rd time . I did not . Coffee machine in breakfast wasn't working and then lobby one was down , breakfast was great but only milk was put out for a drink . And one towel to a person in a room I went an asked for 3 towels and she said one towel per guest . Wish I got a photo of the laundry room.

Cleanness and nice pool Little pricey

Location was really good. Bathroom seemed to be updated. Room was clean and stocked. We had a walk in shower. The handle for the shower was really loose. But didn't fall off. Would have liked some shelves in the shower to place things. Outside appearances were not good. Lawn and bushes needed to be cut and trimmed. Building itself needed a fresh coat of pain.

The whole hotel is upgrade and newly remodeled. I was happy with the cleanliness and staff was super positive. I was there one night, had zero bad to say about the hotel. Staff put me on the third floor to "make sure kids running in the halls wouldn't be above me" is what she said....good looking out. The inside was all NEW upgraded, the outside is next I am sure. Needed a little love outside, but the rooms, halls etc were all perfect, new clean and had no true issues.

The young man at the check in desk was very nice and helpful. Connecting to the internet was difficult and once connected it did not work properly. The refrigerator in my room did not work. There was no bathmat for outside the shower. Syrange. The shower nob was installed wrong which made finding the right temperature a chore. Would not have been an issue if it was not for the fact you had to be in the showere to do this. What was concerning was there is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that looks to have been painted over but is still coming through. Lastly, the door to my room took forever to close even with me pushing it. I did not feel safe as the people who were staying at the hotel were very sketchy and stunk of alcohol and weed. I know most people book online so you don't know who's coming until they arrive but you can still refuse service if they look like meth heads instead of letting them wander the floors. Additionally, if the first thing people see when they arrive is a group of sketchy men standing around drinking and smoking weed that is not a good sign. Overall the room was not all that impressive but the worst part was that I just did not feel safe while staying there.

Nothing, dirty ass place. Breakfast almost made me puke at the table 3 bites in. Broken AC in our room during middle of summer, front desk acted like nothing was wrong. Said they had no rooms available sorry, then made a phone call in a back room and comes back telling me they have a new room. I asked if it was cleaned? Unsure how that's possible, and front desk girl says yes, sure is. Open the room to dirty shoe prints throughout, BLOOD IN THE SHOWER, used soap and rags in the shower. Trash everywhere. Looked like maintenance people's little getaway room. Will NEVER come back. They also REFUSED to give me a managers number, said there's nothing they can do??!!

My stay a Comforter Inn Suites was very pleasant. The property was very clean.
