Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dayton North

This place is a dump. 5 minutes after checking in we went to room and found what I assume was fresh blood on mattress pad and yellow stains around it. We were disgusted and went to office to request a refund. He wanted to give us another room but we didn’t want anything to do with this place. He said since we bought the room through Expedia that we had to get a refund from them. Don’t go to this hotel!!

Pretty RUN down and needs a MAJOR Update!!!

Staff was kind, room clean, restful environment. Only issue was the TV & phone didn't work

This is an older property that at first glance appears a bit rundown. However, it appears that the management is making an effort to renovate and upgrade the property. Our room was clean and comfortable and there was ample parking for our large RV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The "included breakfast" consisted of a lunch sack containing a not quite ripe banana and a granola bar. However, there are many dining options within easy walking distance of the property. I would stay there again and would expect that improvements were being made. Not outstanding, but decent for the money spent.

Nothing It was dark, dirty and not inviting at all. There was a lot of traffic all night long. The same cars in and out all night. It appeared that a lot of people were living there and the facility is run down and needs repairs.

Banana and granola bar is breakfast. Huh? Also found out my friend who check in transfered my money to her account and paid it. Nothing you can do

Things are adequate staff was friendly and helpful The TV remote would not connect with the in room TV other than that it was the stay was quiet

Absolutely nothing. The place is TRASHY!!! The blankets had more burn holes in them then there was blanket, the door did not seal at the bottom, there were NO outlets beside the bedside tables or anywhere that weren't being used by the stuff in the room, no coffee pot in the room, floors were filthy (no carpet) bathroom barely big enough 2 get in, 1 ice machine all the way across the other side of the hotel, ice cube holder had black stuff in it, the bed had cardboard under the mattress, and moved every time you sat or laid down on it, people live there and are outside at all hours of the night, cops were there twice, the picture of the place online is NOTHING AT ALL what the place looks like when you get there.. the ONLY reason I ended up staying, was because they were going 2 charge me the price of 1 night if I cancelled, and TRUST ME I 1000% wanted 2 cancel!!!! THE ONLINE PICS OF THIS PLACE ARE ABSOLUTELY FAKE!!!!!!

Room was clean and comfortable but the entire place was very rundown and in need of updating Wi-Fi was very hard to hook to and breakfast consisted of a granola bar and a banana in a white paper sack nothing to drink but coffee

It was near a great breakfast restaurant. The property was a mess and not at all maintained. The only reasons we checked in was because we had a reservation and we got there after midnight. Despite the sign saying "Newly Remodeled, Clean Rooms"; the moment we opened the door it smelled like 30 people were chain smoking for a month in there. Several curtains were missing while the remaining were stained yellow, ripped and afew had blue paint sprayed on them. The blue paint did match the paint on my bed sheets. Needless to say we slept on top. Only 1 outlet worked (aside from the TV outlet). The toilet had a couple chunks broken off on the tank. The vanity mirror would not go on and the lampshade on the table lamp was completely smashed (plastic broken) and stained. The bathroom and ac vents were not just covered in dust webs but completely moldy. I don't even know what was dripping down the walls to make the dried on mess on every wall. Breakfast was included. There was a pumper pot of coffee and creamer that had turned and a sandwich bag with a banana and a peanut butter granola bar which there was only one left when we got there at 6:30am. We were happy to just get out of there. Absolutely disgusting!
