Room was clean and spacious, blankets and bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a big variety- eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, plus all the regular stuff like cereal/fruit/yogurt and waffles and breads. Coffee had a plethora of choices for creams. The laundry was quick and efficient, an hour and fifteen minutes and it was done with both wash and dry. This was my favorite hotel from the whole trip we did across the country. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a clean and quiet room. Only complaint is the bathroom had a big heavy slide door that blocked the mini fridge when you opened it.

I check the reviews because I am looking for specific things. I want to know about bugs, cleanliness, and bed quality. We arrived and the first room we were in the sink was broke. The water was leaking. They gave us another room. I didn’t sleep well but got just under 5 hours. My friend did shower the right before and the water didn’t drain. I pushed the open and close stuff to see if the plug was used and nothing happened but I was not reaching into dirty water to see if I could pull the plug up. Then I was brushing my teeth and a cockroach went under the sink lip. The staff offered me another room so I could shower but I declined. I wanted my stuff out since I don’t do cockroaches. Manager came and told me that the plug was secured and that was why the water didn’t drain but at that point I just wanted to leave. Had there not have been a cockroach, I would have taken them up on the offer to shower in another room or go back to the same room to shower. I am not a fan of infestational bugs and am disappointed after the hotel having a 9.2 star customer rating to have a subpar experience.
