The staff was great. I let my baby crawl on the floor for two seconds while I made the pull out couch bed and her hands feet and knees were black. This is disgustingly unhealthy. We had room service and clearly there was stuff on our floors saved it was not swept or vacuumed. We had to call down to ask for one to be brought up . The food was terrible. Hot food was not hot hard boiled eggs you couldn’t peel

Good news is that there are 2 Tesla and 2 J1772 chargers. Charged my EV for free. The mobile check it and the e-key were awesome thru the Hilton app The one issue I had was that my rooms carpet was filthy!! You can’t tell at first glance. But I had brand new white socks and when I took them off to shower the bottoms were BLACK! I grabbed a towel from the bathroom just to verify and rubbed the carpet and the towel turned black. It was gross. They have to do better.
