Not really a beach view old rooms

Staff was nice and helpful. The view is perfect. 😊

The staff was very nice The property had roaches in both rooms I booked. There were broken lamps and paint peeling as well as one bathroom door that was completely unfunctional in the 1st room I booked.

Only good thing about this hotel is the view and beach access. The hotel itself was filthy, run down, outdated, and room was full of bugs! Complained to manager and was assured I’d get a full refund back on my card and here were a week later and still no refund

First I must say, I didn’t look at the rooms. The location , pool area, and distance from beach stole my attention and the price due to pool and beach attraction. Now, the room old fashion, smelled like mildew and mouth balls. I provide air freshener to make the room smell like something. The worst part they kept bothering me because I had visitors to come visit me. I spoke with manger/ wife and told them I don’t live here I am visiting. I will have visitors to come visit me. She said okay. But they stayed watching me room like fbi. She stayed coming to talking to me about non sense. But I over looked her. I don’t like confrontation. I keep saying if it is a problem I can leave. They kept saying no no you do t have to leave . However, telling me I can’t have visitors. I eventually left the room. Because they made me feel uncomfortable. Why spend your money with anyone if they going to make you feel uncomfortable. It was said if you get a room another location. They don’t allow visitors. I said that’s not true. I get rooms here all the time and never had a problem. I packed my bags a left. Yes they gave me back my deposit and didn’t charge me. From 9am until 8 am they constantly was watching me. Most of my day. I was out shopping. Awful mistreatment. I feel I got this treatment because I was the only colored family on the property. I loved the location, the pool area was nice and a skip and hop from the beach.
