The room had some dust. Toilet was running all night and the water was cold for the first two showers. But it did end up warming up later. Overall convenient location and good hotel!

Beach view was great, the room terrible due to issues with the toilet not flushing, no chairs on the balcony, no restaurant on premises when it said there were.

Pool was great and access to beach was great. The pull out bed couch that my child was supposed to sleep on was too dirty for me to let him sleep on it. We ended up leaving it as a couch, not pulled out and just dressing the sheets on it as a couch. Otherwise room was clean with nice balcony view.

Staff was excellent Their were holes in the couch 2 big holes, water pressure was low, and cracks in the bathroom wall.

The view from the balcony was horrible. It’s a brick wall balcony. The biggest problem was that there was no chairs available on balcony to sit on. Spending money on ocean front view with no chairs or even if there were chairs it wouldn’t be able to see from a brick wall balcony, waste of money honestly

Customer service and the management is very aggressive and but they’re not gonna help us and they don’t listen. They on my advice anything is aggressive specially the manager. Location

Room was clean. Great ocean view but no chairs on balcony. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great! Location was perfect.

The location was great and also was the breakfast Not really sure if the floor and couch was just clean but both were wet But other than that everything was okay And NO.... Microwave was in the room

The room's carpet was wet and had a strong, musty smell; the Wi-Fi was terrible, and the air conditioning was awful—it didn't cool the room.

Perfect place for a getaway, breakfast was fresh and tasty. Beach Views from the room and balcony made worth the stay! Will definitely return.
