Nautilus Inn

We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay. We have been regular customers at this property for 20 years and decided it would be our last visit. Bad attitude when checking in (we were laughed at). Room was average with maintenance issues, definitely not worth the rate. Pool and spa were both dirty, which is not something that's hard to remedy, (debris and roaches floating). They advertise a continental breakfast, which they absolutely did not have. Insufficient pots, pans and utensils. The whole experience was terrible. Super sad because this hotel meant a lot to us. We really miss the former owner and staff.

Smart tv needed

The staff was very nice and welcoming! The room was decent. There’s 2 things that I didn’t care for was the ac from the room above was leaking on the balcony!

Clean room, comfy beds and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again

Our beachfront room was perfect, view of the ocean was overwhelming. I liked having the pool overlooking ithe ocean. It was in a perfect place. We definitely will be returning to the Nautilus. It was a great day. The lobby was very welcoming. The decor was perfect.

it was good

The hotel is older, but it has been renovated and is very nice and clean. We loved the direct beach access from the gate with an outdoor shower. Our room was a good size, and the kitchen was great. The balcony from the 9th floor provided a beautiful view. We would recommend more lighting on the patio area and parking lot at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant

Everything. The staff was very friendly, it was so clean, we asked not to have room service other than new towels and the trash taken out and it was respected. The pool was nice, the room was wonderful, the beach was great. All around wonderful experience. The only thing would be the steps down to the beach. Simply because there’s several and they’re kind of steep, and needing a hip replacement wasn’t easy to deal with the steps up and down. Maybe a second entry way that’s easier and more accommodating to those within mobility issues or who may be handicap as well.

Keys didn’t work well

No coffee and the balcony above mind was dripping water down on my balcony

No breakfast with location and events not having it will make me search for another hotel. All local restaurants are packed and not having to search for breakfast would be a big plus

The a/c was very loud in the room when it kicked on and woke me up a few times during the night. I'm not sure about other rooms but that was room 301 with an ocean view.

The only person I had was that I had hair in my shower and they charged for parking. Overall very nice place

non breakfast included Needs a bar at the pool, the place is so beautiful with pool and front of the beach but it needs music and a bar with drinks , it will be great! and complete the experience.
