We loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The location was great - we were able to walk to eat, shop , and go to downtown Deadwood.

Close to town

This was a very quaint, clean, comfortable place to stay. Better than a big hotel chain for sure. I would highly recommend it.

We were very much welcomed at check in and procedures were explained. The room was cozy and clean, parking was easy and the outside grounds were great to relax at the end of a day of traveling and exploring. Location was great too with a trolley stop right out front for easy access to the main street area.

Charming property with cozy, clean rooms. Check in was easy and the property is an easy walk to Downtown Deadwood. The breakfast at the restaurant next store was also a plus!

We loved it so much we booked a second night! Perfect place, close to downtown, so clean and such a comfortable room. Perfect for going to the Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Sturgis and so many more places!!! Great people own this place! We were very pleasantly surprised!

What an excellent stay! One of the very best we’ve ever had! Rooms are so clean! The staff (I believe they are the owners, so even better!!) goes above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible!! I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property! Easy access to so many things and adventures!!

My expectations weren't high cause im not a motel/lodge type person but from the minute we opened the door to our room I was impressed! Rooms were renovated, clean and very spacious! The shower was the best shower ive had on vacation, no lack of water pressure there with the disco shower head which really made me smile. Reserved parking spot right in front of your room so no worrying about having a spot when u get back. I definitely recommend staying here, you wont be disappointed!!

The room was comfortable, very clean, and lovely. With designated parking right outside our door, wehad no trouble parking close enough for my companion who has mobility challenges. We had a great stay!

Such a cute little motel in Downtown Deadwood. Very reasonably priced, spacious and clean rooms. This is an old-school motel, so there are no ammenieties other than a courtyard with a grill and within walking distance of most Deadwood attractions. There are some items for sale in the office, but additional services aren't necessary as the owner is on-site, super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Her dining recommendations were top-notch! 100% would stay here again!

Exactly what we expected. Walking distance (15 min) to downtown. Old mom-and-pop style hotel which is what we wanted. Admittedly, there were places where the walls in the room looked a little rough, but clean as a whistle. Beds, sheets, and pillows were great. AC worked dandy, as did fridge. Staff is very friendly, as are the other guess. There are not many amenities plus you have to pay for ice, which is a slight downer. But I'd stay here again 10x before I'd stay in one of the big boxes on the north and south ends of town.
