I had high hopes for this place. The room would have been perfect except it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bartender/part owner was great/friendly. The front desk staff was great/friendly. I booked through Expedia, so the room was paid for before we even arrived. Once we checked out, I noticed a $349.85 charge on my credit card. It took me 4 calls to the hotel, and finally, after 3 days, a credit was applied to my card for the same amount. Nobody could explain what the charge was for. I requested a call back every time I called, and no one called back.

The staff was very accommodating and the facility was very clean and nicely cared for. Our room was perfect except for the bed, needed replaced as it cracked and creeked when one of us moved. And the coffee….the room coffee makers are crap along with the so called coffee filter thingys. And there is no other coffee in the lobby, you have to go to the cafe and buy your coffee! That’s really my only complaints, we did enjoy being away from all of the nightly noise of downtown.

Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Warm and inviting. Casino was small but fun. Wonderful patio by a stream for drinks. A great getaway with shuttle conveniently running to take you downtown.

In the week I was there house keeping never came to my room. Had to go to the desk for towels staff was not around most of the time.

They billed me when I left $1926.58, told me I wasn’t prepaid and had no record of it. After arguing about they finally said ok it was prepaid through Expedia but I don’t appreciate having to go through this

This was the second time I've stayed in this hotel and it's one of my favorites. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and property are clean and well maintained. Beautiful stream runs along the back of the hotel.

This hotel is very old and badly needs an update. It was clean but very dated. The staff were nice.

Was in proximity of the activity’s I was doing. The shower was terrible, if you’re under 4 ft tall you’d be ok. Elevator was broken. No ice machine on 2nd floor.
