Never stayed. Billed because of no show. Stupid!!!

Staff is always great! Room was quiet and comfortable with everything you could need. Casino has the best selection of video poker in town. Bartender Rae Ann rocked!.

The staff was personable and helpful. They were remodeling some areas so that was a bit inconvenient. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave in every room. The trolley doesn't stop here but does at casino next door so wasn't a terrible walk to catch it.

The property was well located, the 2 staff at front were great, but never saw a cleaning person and hotel needs upgrades..floors that are carpeted are buckling. Food ok, but you had to get special or food price was so high. Overall a good, old hotel. Just needs updated

Staff was great, Room was clean. They are in the middle of a remodel of the front door, but that isn't a problem. The dining room had great food at great prices.

I liked the location of the property as far as it being central to the Sturgis motorcycle rally. The rooms had only 2 rock hard pillows for each bed. The bathroom had a sliding barn door that would not shut or lock and left a 3 inch gap for everyone to go to the bathroom with you. Worst of all, the 2 property's shared parking and the management was never on the same page. We were told to park in a certain place with our truck and trailer, when the opposite management found out they threatened us with security if we didn't immediately move.

First Gaming was perfect location for Deadwood vacation. Great special for lunch dinner as well as breakfast. Local trolley was a short walk away for easy access.

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend Sturgis bike rally and had a great time. The building is older but well maintained either way great staff and great dinner and lunch specials!!!

Great spot for the sturgis rally. Little bit of a walk to the heart of downtown but worth it to stay out of the heart

Very clean for the age. Friendly staff, great location, central area for bike week

Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant on site had great food. Only issue was checking in at the resort and being told we were booked at Travelodge next door, which is owned by them as well. Worked out better since we got a free continental breakfast there.

After we checked in, we went to our room, and it was already occupied! There seem to be a bunch of confusion about who had given who what key. They then cleaned our room, but our key still didn’t work on the locks and required reprogramming. Checking in was a hassle.
